My countertop and vintage farm sink were refinished October 2, 2025. The countertop finish flaked and had small unfinished areas. My sink had divets in the finish - some were exposing the cast iron finish of the sink. I called Jordan and he had the same technician come out to "repair" the areas (October 28). The repaired areas had sticky round halos that never went away. I called again and he said it needed to be buffed, sent out the same technician. Technician disagreed, complained that his manager should have better communication, refinished it again leaving square halos. He sent another technician who said it the clear coat needed to be taken down and done over (November 11). After 36 hours of sitting, I used a melamine mixing bowl on the counter and it scratched the surface. The surface was scuffing from rubber feet on the bowl, spoon rest - I was very careful with the surface. I have only used microfiber cloths to clean both countertop and sink and have a rubber protection mat in the sink since the first day I was able to use it. By this time, the area around my sink drain began to flake. I called Jordan and he said he had no idea what the issue was. I mentioned that the latest surface felt softer than the previous version which may have had halos but it didn't scratch. He came to the house (December 15) and said I need to have a commercial coating put on - he doesn't know what happened. Also, the sink is an "easy" fix and will be addressed. I called to ask when the repairs could be done and was told "sometime in January" but I haven't heard from them with a date and time. I've called and have still not heard back. So far - not worth the value - a lot of money for poor customer service and a rusting sink. I regret my decision. read more

I have not used their service but will not because one of their workers cut us off while we were waiting in line at the Chick Fil A. He saw a line of cars and felt the basic rules of common courtesy didn't apply to him. I blew my horn but he ignored me. If they have people like that working for them then you can bet their work is tight on par with their lack of courtesy. Rude people do bad work! read more

Miracle Method repaired and blended a deep hole in the side of our fiberglass tub. The repair was color matched and it blends in so well. The hole has vanished like it never happened. I hired Miracle Method to resurface two bathroom vanities which I decided to do because Nicki, the salesperson, told me that Miracle Method could be applied within the week. Since that was quicker than replacing the tops, albeit more expensive, I made the poor decision to use Miracle Method. Of course, that promise as to when the work could be scheduled was just sales talk. When Patrick did the installation, three weeks later, he splattered Miracle Method all over the freshly painted walls and the door and the mirrors. Patrick also had no information about the deposit that I had paid to Nicki. He also vented the fumes with a tube that ran over my expensive bed spread and out the window. He left the window open which he failed to mention. It rained that afternoon, soaking my new carpet because of the open window. He did not put the screen back properly and he broke it as well. I finally received a check for my deposit because Patrick could not contact his office and required full payment after he finished. He also left his caulk gun which he didn't use because I had to have my painters finish the caulking. Ultimately, Miracle Method cost me significantly more than just getting new vanity tops. I am still trying to get the paint off the mirrors. This was a horrible experience. Interestingly, there are other complaints on the Internet, and no positive reviews except for its website. I suspect that Miracle Method doesn't get many positive reviews because my experience is the norm. Poor service and poor work. You can do a lot better. read more
