Professional - This company showed up on time every day. The employees were kind and explained every step to us. 4. Timeliness - Never late. In fact, they were always a little early. 5. Affordable - This is NOT a cheap process. Keep in mind that there is a lot of labor involved in refinishing a floor. It takes a hours to complete. And when you have the caliber of employees that they have, you've got to pay them well to keep them. And these guys are worth keeping. So no, it is not a cheap job. In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we've ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn't just do everything, but everything is done to a very high standard. Nothing he's ever done at our home is short of perfect. We are never going with anybody else - if you need anything done in (or around) your house in the DMV, Diaz is your man!
