He was honest and up front when he could have tried to sell me a sink. I appreciated that very much. A few hours later a gentleman came and replaced parts in my sink and it's as good as new. And at a cost less than a plumber would have charged. A very small job that was given the same courtesy as a big job. Rare qualities these days. Would highly recommend.

The tile is very even and cut so close to the baseboard that we might not need to install quarter round. I did not have to buy the tile from ING and the installers took only 3 days. It was all done within a week after the tile arrived at my home from the vendor. ING also installed my granite. They were very accommodating on special requests that I had. The countertop included a floating bar top that turned out beautifully. His crew and employees and all very courteous and conscientious. They left the job site very clean for both jobs. They come in and do the job as schedule and done stop until they are done. I thought there prices were very fair. They can also install cabinets. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

There was a delay in installation, and they had to put temporary covers on my counters, which were boards that had a highly toxic odor. When our countertops were installed , they were really nice, the backsplash was installed and grouted at later dates, and again, they were stunning. However, the grout where the tiles met the countertops cracked, my husband went to see our representative about getting them re-grouted, he was rudely spoken to by a different employee and we were told that they'd do it in the summer when the weather got better, and that cracks occur in colder weather. Following his conversation, I emailed our representative pictures and a request to get a date to repair and I did not get a response, and that email was sent on 1/15/25. I'm very disappointed in the after care service and will not recommend this company. My husband ended up caulking the area and it looks good now.
