In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

Marvin and his team helped remodel 1.5 baths in our home in Herndon, VA and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use them again. The project took them 7 days (July 2018). They were professional, cleaned up after themselves (as much as they could during the week since they were going to be returning the next day), and we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. One thing I really appreciated was a labor quote the day Marvin walked in for the estimate. A lot of companies will give you the "whole" cost for the project, but Marvin was up front, said this is how much we will charge for labor, and we would be responsible for materials (going with him to Home Depot to pick up, choose, and pay for the materials). Thanks again for the great work. James and Stephanie

We are happy to say Randy and Patty know how to deliver! We could not have asked for a better contractor to work with. We got several estimates from different companies (as a good home owner would). There are several areas that ACI stood out from others. First, they listen - they listened to our questions and actually hear the underlying concerns that is triggering the question. We found that other contractors didn't hear what we had to say, or busy saying what they had to say (ie: showing off expertise), or just agreed to whatever we said. Second, they are available and patient in addressing each questions and concerns. Randy and Patty held our hands each step of the way and never left any questions/issues unanswered. Third, they are very organized and structured, which we appreciated for our first renovation. Fourth, they are great communicators. They informed us what was happening each day and it got done by the end of each day. Despite the tight deadline, they completed the project on time with high level of detail to the very end. Lastly, Randy, Patty, and their team are just a pleasure to work with! We are extremely happy with the new space and have already recommended them to two people. Drew's process worked well for us - a few initial walk-throughs, then he brought in his designer to hear our needs and ideas, and she drew up floor plans while Drew created the detailed budget estimate. We sourced many things ourselves (light fixtures, vanities, tile, etc), and Drew was flexible and helpful during that process. Project manager Lisa is a dream to work with throughout the nitty-gritty parts of a renovation - great at keeping the crew and subcontractors on schedule, and readily responsive to all our texts and emails with questions or minor changes to the plan. Lead carpenter Mike and the rest of the crew were excellent, and had the carpentry skills to do several custom projects as part of the reno that give our home a craftsman feel, including adding built-ins in the closets, making a door for a unique linen closet, an old-fashioned transom window in the bathroom, and a beautiful solid wood shelf in our mudroom. We had a great experience working with Lauten and his team, and plan to use them for our next renovation project soon.

They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right.
