There was a delay in installation, and they had to put temporary covers on my counters, which were boards that had a highly toxic odor. When our countertops were installed , they were really nice, the backsplash was installed and grouted at later dates, and again, they were stunning. However, the grout where the tiles met the countertops cracked, my husband went to see our representative about getting them re-grouted, he was rudely spoken to by a different employee and we were told that they'd do it in the summer when the weather got better, and that cracks occur in colder weather. Following his conversation, I emailed our representative pictures and a request to get a date to repair and I did not get a response, and that email was sent on 1/15/25. I'm very disappointed in the after care service and will not recommend this company. My husband ended up caulking the area and it looks good now.

The installation team came several days later. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was done in a clean way, they are a pleasure to work with and they asked all of the important questions to make sure that they installed it just as we would want. The price quoted was extremely reasonable. We paid 1/2 up front and the balance after installation. I am completely satisfied. We now may change the backsplash. They don't supply the tile which we will have to purchase after living with the new granite. If we decide to change the backsplash also, they will certainly be the ones to remove what we have and install the new. I have no reservations working with them and found the communication to be excellent.

There is a system called Brown Bear that Eric preached to all employees to utilize but then doesn't utilize it himself to see status of employee. My wife made sure that she had put in her day off in Brown Bear. So my wife did not respond as she was on her day off and will not prioritize work above family. When my wife responded via text to Eric upon her return to work, Eric didn't acknowledge as he was upset about it and throwing a temper tantrum like a child. Later that day when it was convenient for Eric he told my wife he can meet with her in the shipping office. At which time they discussed the tile order in question and my wife told Eric that she will not respond to work calls nor texts on her off time. Eric just looked at her and walked out without even an acknowledgement. How disrespectful and unprofessional. As a person and operations manager Eric, you should know better and treat people better. Crafter has no technology so everything is "handcrafted" i.e. curved lines are uneven. Nothing is symmetrical. They apparently didn't seal my granite. Guess they saved the cost of sealer. I asked for a 25" x 25" remnant for a small vanity. They said it was so small they throw them out. I requested they save a piece the next time they cut a kitchen. They did and charged me $100/ sq ft. full price. They seamed the countertop next to the sink instead of with the sink. Longer seam that shows. The color is off. So a big warning! Odd they have a perfect score for their reviews???

The filler strip needed to be removed with the new stove. I called these guys, they came out within a few days and did the work for free since they installed the initial countertops. The other estimates I got to do this work were between $500 and $700. The guys came. Did they work quickly and efficiently. We're very considerate and very helpful. And there was no charge since They did the initial install. Highly recommend their work and their customer service.
