Very professional with good prices and an amazing product. The completely fabricated system built, painted and installed was cheaper than materials alone for some of the other estimates I got. The railings look fantastica and couldn't be any sturdier. The craftmanship is phenomenal. They fabricated and installed 188 linear feet of railings for my house and it's clear that attention to detail and thoughtfulness was put into every inch. The more I look the more I notice things like filed or ground edges on the top rail so there are no sharp corners, welds that were ground down to reduce any rises that would keep the powder coating from being even and of course it's all perfectly plum and straight. They installed the railings in two days and for the amount of railing that seems super fast to me.

Ernesto did the job using my materials (which the other guy wouldn't), wasted nothing & ended up being 7k + materials=9.5k! Totally surpassed my expectations. Did other odd jobs for free (but don't expect that I'm 1 of his 1st customers). Super sweet guy, honest, advising-he kept me advised of all work & consulted w/me if he had ?'s or concerns) , hard working, great cleanup, He had never did a laundry chute, but he took an extra whole day to make it work (he even gave me that for free for giving him the basement job( again don't expect). I am certain he does the VERY BEST he can & wants to please, but don't take advantage. HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! He told me he had never done a bead board ceiling (my design, I did it in my basement bath) &&& He loved it & did a better job than I did in my bath. It's absolutely beautiful! AND he can do anything- totally positive, where others have said "no that can't be done". He fixed my brick front porch! Masonry! Super skilled at carpentry, of course drywall-immaculate, duct work, Electrical!! (Again did things other electricians couldn't! AND THEN to top off his excellence-he took items back to Lowe's & credited my CC $97!!!! Who does that? I absolutely LOVE him & I am NOT related or anything else. I found him on YELP ;) :) AND I have a new list for him, YAY!

What a BEAUTIFUL job well done! I have a deck that is probably 30+ years old, and it was ROUGH (see…read morethe last two photos for before pictures). Some of the floor boards were rotting away so much that I was afraid to step on it for fear of falling through. Other boards were so frayed that it was a splinter nightmare. I worried about the safety of the deck, which made me not want to spend time out on it, or at least, not invite anyone else to spend time on it! There was also no way to access the deck from the outside, so any guests had to come through the house to access it. With a small group this wasn't a big deal, but for large neighborhood events this was a lot more difficult. I contacted 4 different companies to come out for an estimate, and Deck Impact was only one of the two companies who even answered/responded. Their estimator, Antonio, listened to what I was looking for and wasn't constantly trying to up sell me (like the other company was). He was able to give me a quote on site. My quote included replacing the floor boards, adding in another support beam underneath, painting the deck with a solid stain, and installing a spiral staircase. The work looks GREAT! I have been out on my deck ever day that hasn't been disgusting. When outside doing yard work, I've had multiple people share their adoration for the spiral staircase (which honestly has been a dream of mine since buying the house). The work ethic of their teams was incredible and they were very kind (I would leave out water and snacks, bring the dog around, etc.) and they were happy to share the different steps they were doing. They went above and beyond when small issues came up, working to fix them, which sometimes resulted in multiple trips. I know this was probably frustrating on their end, but they didn't show it to me. My only complaints, which are small and do not warrant a star deduction, but also I want to give a thorough review: sometimes, communication was lackluster. At times in the process, I had to reach out to get updates on dates when teams were coming out (after a week of not hearing anything). This very well may just be the nature of the trade, but it wasn't communicated to me that I wouldn't hear from them. But, every time I reached out I would receive a response within a day. Also after a couple of the work days (there were probably 5-6 total days teams were on site), there was a bit of trash left behind. Most of it was from demoing the floorboards, which were falling apart so I understand, but it was 3" nails and fragments of wood. The biggest concern was my dog running around. Also sometimes food wrappers and wrappers from construction materials were left in the yard. It's very possible it would have been cleaned the next time the crew was there, but with a dog, I had to spend time doing the cleanup so he wouldn't pick up something that would hurt him. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with the work Deck Impact did from start to finish and would easily work with them again and refer them to family and friends. While yes, there is room for improvement, the work they have done has made me enjoy my deck again without breaking the bank. Thank you guys so much!

While we wanted a simple deck, my husband who is a retired custom home builder, also wanted a contractor that he also felt would do as good as job as he would. We contacted Casey Fence & Deck and the owner came out to visit with us. We arranged for our first meeting on a Saturday so that he could talk with both my Husband and I. We arranged for 1000am and he was there right at 1000 am sharp. I might add that every time he said he would be there, he was always on time and very prompt. He spent a considerable amount of time finding out what our needs were, what we really wanted, and then looked over the site closely. He took pictures of the landscape in efforts to provide the most accurate estimate. He said he would get back with us on a quote and the next day we had a quote. Very fair, affordable, and we definitely got our money's worth! We arranged for the work to begin after the winter weather had ceased. The team showed up when they had arranged to start. From then on they were there daily (sometimes Sunday) to get the work done. While the entire deck is just gorgeous and every detail is meticulous, there are some things that we really wanted to mention. First from the Landscape Company that was hired to dig out the dirt and put in a retaining wall, to the workers who built the deck, everyone was very curtious. Polite and just amazingly nice. They people loved their job and working for Casey and it showed. And while all of the workers were great, we felt we really needed to mention "Mike". He is a young man who started first and always stayed last. Sometime the young man wanted to get ahead start and was there before sunrise. He always let us know when he would be there the next day so we always knew what to expect. He made sure that all was neatly cleaned up at the end of the day. Very neatly! This company cleans up after themselves to every detail. Overall we not only have a quality deck, beautiful craftsmanship, and just a beautiful long lasting deck for many years. Would we recommend Casey Fence & Deck? Absolutely! Check out their website and some of their accomplishments. They are all top notch, making it to your expectations! ±
