As soon as I've called him, for the second time after over a year that I've used him, he came within an hour and analyzed my plumbing issue and knew immediately what needs to be done. He went to buy the right materials for the job and fixed it so fast, that I was amazed! Other plumbers gave me outrageous prices with 3 different estimates that I took before Bruce arrived. When he saw the problem, he figured out the time frame and gave me very reasonable price that I was very happy with! Bruce is timely, kind and very caring individual that knows what he's doing and made sure to do it right from the start. He checked if every thing is working o.k. Before he left and even did couple more extra things for me that he didn't even charged me for them. I've recommended him to my home owners association management in my complex in Daytona and they were glad that he's so knowledgable and professional and did amazing job for me! Bruce is definitely the only contractor that I'll always come back to for all kind of repairs, replacement, plumbing jobs. He is so creative, thrall and extremely reasonable priced. I can't thank him enough for outstanding job that he did for me and he'll be the only contractor that I'll come back to for any need in the future! If I could give him 10 star rating, I'll do it in a heartbeat! He is definitely the BEST contractor that I encountered in the state of FL by far!!!

I met Carlos and his team; they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Carlos had great suggestions and ideas when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, which was extremely helpful. The team took a lot of pride in their work, they were very prompt, and they were also very responsive when I had questions, or needed them to take another look at something. They were very professional, cleaning up after each job and making sure that I was pleased with the result. They showed up on time (or even early) each day, did quality work and were very friendly to boot. I have already recommended Bruce Contractor LLC to another friend, who met with Carlos and his team. He reached out to me immediately to say how impressed he was and to thank me for giving him Carlos's contact information.

Waaaaay better than I original visioned to be!! They are very well-priced, did I mention that? Super happy about this project. Will come back to them for all the rest of our projects.

Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. They put new porcelain tile flooring in my entrance foyer, laundry room, family room, kitchen, and painted nearly every room. They hung the TV above the fireplace (putting piping in the wall so cords could be run, changed and hidden), and rebuilt the mantel. They switched my living room and dining room. Then they rebuilt the roof of my gazebo. Jeff and Alex (the owners) promised to have all the work done in 30 days. They personally supervised every day. They did a fantastic job and finished EARLY! Finishing early was even more amazing as the first day the county came in and began totally ripping up our street which took a few days. The trucks had to park up the street. Then they fought the heavy rain that just wouldn't stop for days. The people that worked with them were great. Everyone was very respectful and worked well together. We were kept informed every day as to who would be in our home and what would be done. Everyone showed up as scheduled every time. Just like the TV shows, unexpected issues occurred but Jeff and Alex were immediately able to assess the situation and find creative solutions. Our only disappointment was that my husband and I had decided to have 30 date nights while the work was being done since we would not have a kitchen. We were creating a scrapbook of where we ate each night. However, since the crews finished in less then 30 days, our date nights didn't last as long as we had planned. We LOVE how great everything looks. They did a great job rearranging the kitchen making it more practical. Neighbors who have had people working on their homes for months and months asked, "Why did the construction people stop working?" I smile and say. "Because they finished!"

Performing the work myself was a task I surely did dread. Although I made many calls, sadly, I received no response at all. I was about to give up, thinking I had the worst luck. I then saw an advertisement for NYSA Construction. I am delighted to say, when I made the call, they came out the following Monday. Project Manager Jason Fangmeyer promised to submit to me an estimate that would fit my budget. He said, "Yes, indeed. I know what you need." He took the time to explain. He promised he could ease my shed's pain. He said he would replace the shed's rotten wood. He promised that he really could. When I received the great estimate, the work I did permit. I knew it was Jason Fangmeyer I would hire. The price was right. Jason promised I would find his work quality to be a sheer delight. Jason and his men arrived at the promised date. They were not a minute late. The company's men did a great job. They are not slobs. They take pride in their work. They are no jerks. Their work is neat and clean. They gave my shed a nice sheen. I want to tell you; Jason and his crew made my 45-year old shed look brand new. NYSA treated my property with respect. Therefore, I will definitely keep the company in mind for my next home improvement project. Don't be lame, I suggest you do the same! Call NYSA today!

Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. The bathtub drain wouldn't close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i've found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. We loved working with Kitchen Master Design & Remodeling and are quick to recommend them to anyone…read morewho is looking for work done on their homes. We remodeled our kitchen, powder room and bathroom. Near the end of the project, we had an issue in our basement (unrelated to the remodel, a wall came down when we put up our own shelving) and they were able to come in quickly to completely reno the basement as well. Some of the highlights of working with Kitchen Master: - 5 year warranty. Enough said. - Great personal service: Na was super responsive, and helped us make decisions on finishes within my budget (even coming to the house with countertop, flooring, and cabinet samples based on a general idea of our style). I'm pretty indecisive so I have to give Na a lot of credit for putting up with my text messages that said things like: "Would this paint color look weird with the tiles I selected?" Or "idk, what do you think we should do with this space?" Her suggestions were definitely better than what I could come up with on my own. - Budget: Na and Sway really worked with us on our budget. We were able to get quality where it counted with no upsells, and spend less in areas that either weren't as important to us, or where the price is less of an indicator of quality. This was really important to me because I don't have the time, patience, or expertise to price shop for materials on my own. -Creativity: I had two contractors tell me they likely would not have the space to turn my powder room into a bathroom with a shower. When Na and Sway came over for the estimate, they very quickly identified that they could move the toilet and sink to another spot and knock out the pantry to make it happen. It looks amazing, and feels more spacious than before strangely enough. We also wanted to knock out part of our kitchen wall, but their were vents in the way making it impossible. They quickly came up with a solution to MOVE THE VENTS (!) at a lower cost than expected. - Professionalism and Quality: The end project was incredible and it feels like a different home. Na and Sway feel like family and I will definitely use them again.

They were also the only ones that would redo the lighting in our place without dropping the ceiling. They also have a five-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind with such an expensive and major redesign. We had new solid wood floors installed, complete remodel for the kitchen with new cabinets, sink, island, and quartz wall tiles, added new appliances and they were able to add conveniences such as a pantry and more functional cabinet spaces. They also updated our lighting and electrical switches. Na and Sway were generally good at responding within a day or so of reaching out. There were a few times when we had communication issues, such as what was written in the contract, but we were able to resolve them quickly. I also commend them for helping with getting our Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances through the door even though they were not responsible for that and helping fix damages done by the ABW appliances delivery team. We would recommend them again, the kitchen cabinets, fixtures and lighting are very well done. Our condo is small so their ability to help turn the kitchen into a space a master chef would be proud of and is more functional and better floor plan is much appreciated. The finished kitchen has a wow factor for everyone who has seen it and could be in a design magazine. We intend to use them again for our bathroom remodeling jobs in the future.
