The work the team did was beautiful and a great value for the price. We went a little over 10% over budget, which is just about what I expected for a project like this, and I was pleasantly surprised that we actually finished a few days early. The work comes with a 3-year warranty too (which we needed in the past and have had no trouble using), which gives extra peace of mind. Each person on the project - Elena the project manager, Juan the site supervisor, Alexa the designer, John the estimator, and especially the lead technician Cornelio was a pleasure to work with. As with any renovation, there are always surprises and hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, even when I was stressed and occasionally cranky. One thing of particular note was how much the team was willing to work with me when the inevitable surprises came up. There are things that nobody can foresee, which usually results in a change order and extra cost, but then there are those little things where everyone leaves a conversation with a different impression. In those latter instances, I always really appreciated how willing everyone was to meet me halfway and to make sure I felt good about how things were going and confident that we were doing right by each other. All in all, I highly recommend them and they will be my first call next time I have a project!

The guys installed a new floor, vanity, lights, shower, shelves, mirror, medicine cabinet, and curtain. The entire project took two weeks. Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. I'm not sure if they know it but they're stuck with me now & I'll be calling them for all my future projects. You can tell they love what they do.
