I would give the project an overall B+. It took them a year to complete the project. I decided to hire them again to take out an old shower and put in a new bigger shower. Plus install a washer and dryer in the adjacent bedroom. They also had a new floor installed and built a new small closet. I paid them $30,000. They started on the project June 21, 2025. The project is still not complete and it is January 22, 2026. The bedroom needs to be painted, closet needs to be finished, bathroom needs 2 coats of paint, and the shower door still needs to be procured and installed. plus there still needs some additional finish work. They take your money, and start your project but then they take other jobs and leave you hanging. They make promises about when they will do the work and then they do not show-up

Very professional with good prices and an amazing product. The completely fabricated system built, painted and installed was cheaper than materials alone for some of the other estimates I got. The railings look fantastica and couldn't be any sturdier. The craftmanship is phenomenal. They fabricated and installed 188 linear feet of railings for my house and it's clear that attention to detail and thoughtfulness was put into every inch. The more I look the more I notice things like filed or ground edges on the top rail so there are no sharp corners, welds that were ground down to reduce any rises that would keep the powder coating from being even and of course it's all perfectly plum and straight. They installed the railings in two days and for the amount of railing that seems super fast to me.

While we wanted a simple deck, my husband who is a retired custom home builder, also wanted a contractor that he also felt would do as good as job as he would. We contacted Casey Fence & Deck and the owner came out to visit with us. We arranged for our first meeting on a Saturday so that he could talk with both my Husband and I. We arranged for 1000am and he was there right at 1000 am sharp. I might add that every time he said he would be there, he was always on time and very prompt. He spent a considerable amount of time finding out what our needs were, what we really wanted, and then looked over the site closely. He took pictures of the landscape in efforts to provide the most accurate estimate. He said he would get back with us on a quote and the next day we had a quote. Very fair, affordable, and we definitely got our money's worth! We arranged for the work to begin after the winter weather had ceased. The team showed up when they had arranged to start. From then on they were there daily (sometimes Sunday) to get the work done. While the entire deck is just gorgeous and every detail is meticulous, there are some things that we really wanted to mention. First from the Landscape Company that was hired to dig out the dirt and put in a retaining wall, to the workers who built the deck, everyone was very curtious. Polite and just amazingly nice. They people loved their job and working for Casey and it showed. And while all of the workers were great, we felt we really needed to mention "Mike". He is a young man who started first and always stayed last. Sometime the young man wanted to get ahead start and was there before sunrise. He always let us know when he would be there the next day so we always knew what to expect. He made sure that all was neatly cleaned up at the end of the day. Very neatly! This company cleans up after themselves to every detail. Overall we not only have a quality deck, beautiful craftsmanship, and just a beautiful long lasting deck for many years.
