Avoid Emerson Paints--Unreliable & Dishonest…read more I fell for their Instagram ad, and from there it was all downhill: aggressive calls, missed communication, bait-and-switch subcontracting, and a rep who literally walked into my house without knocking. The crew that actually did the painting? Wonderful. But they weren't Emerson--they were a subcontractor I was never even told about. Emerson overcharged, underdelivered, and ghosted me the second payment was secured. They'll make promises. They'll make excuses. They don't care about you. They care about your money. I had two coats of paint put on one level of my home, and the crew was out of my home by three in the afternoon. it was a pure mess. The brothers got off easy with me. they are pure BS.
