Leo is the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and trustworthy recommendations. Beyond that, Leo is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which makes any new renovation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials. He made several structural recommendations for our master bath, master shower, powder room, basement and basement bathroom, helped with material selection, and made recommendations every step of the way over the years. Leo has always treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what he is doing, which alleviates any concerns throughout the process. As always, we couldn't be happier with the results! Having two fully functional bathrooms completed in the time and budget estimated by Leo's Construction. This is something not found with many contractors. We cannot recommend him enough!

He did a fantastic job, very detailed oriented and very reasonably priced. We are now in the process of putting our house on the market and called him back as we needed most of the interior repainted (not a lot of people are crazy about colors like purple and lime green which we totally enjoyed but knew others wouldn't). We continue to be impressed with his work and professionalism. We would highly recommend him for any of your painting needs.

We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I'm sharing this review in hopes that it helps other homeowners make an informed decision before hiring someone for a flooring project.

Before they came to clean I spoke with them and expressed my intentions on what I wanted and was told no problem I would be taken care of, they were to do a deep clean. The only thing that was deep cleaned was my wallet. None of the cabinets were wiped down. I had shelves in a front room that were not dusted, base boards in laundry room and the cabinets in there were not cleaned as well as in the pantry. Top of the fridge was never touched and the master bathroom toilet was not done, and many other items as well. We had to clean up after them. Heck even the dead bug that was in my basement was still there when we came back. I told them we were not happy with the job and all I got was and I quote from the text "We did wipe all the cabinets on top and underneath the fridge. We could not get that grease on the oven to come out completely. As well as some of the stains in the cabinets. We possibly missed one, but we were there for 3 1/2 hours with 3 maids". My security system shows my door was opened at 0958 and closed for the final time at 1227. I guess I learned my lesson never to trust anyone that I am paying to do things unless I am there to supervise. I guess the only bright side is they refunded me $50. I will say buyer beware. UPDATE 7/17 AND STILL NO REFUND!
