I stake my personal reputation on the line every time I make a referral. I don't make any money from referrals (there's a law called RESPA that prohibits that) but I do get happy clients. I would not hesitate to recommend them for large and small projects.

Wanted to replace the ridiculously inefficient toilets in the house we just moved in to and there…read moreweren't too many handymen in Winchester to choose from. I called one, although friendly, said they would have to get back to me either later on in the day or the next day. I wanted instant gratification! I called In & Exterior Handyman Services next and left a voice mail as to what I wanted done. Within an hour Nathaniel got back to me and said he could make it happen that day! I sent my husband out to get the new toilet, new wax seal and an extra supply line (just in case!). He arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. He was very clean about the whole repair considering the close quarters he had to work with in our 1/2 Bath. His price was VERY fair considering the quality and speed of his work! I will DEFINITELY be calling In & Exterior Handyman Services for all my future handyman needs!

Great job installing a WATER SOFTENER on a well with iron. Prompt reply, excellent communications,…read moreprofessional workmanship. Phil has extensive experience with water softeners. He offered a clear explanation of what was needed to handle the iron. He explained how to size the system for maximum softening while accommodating the available pressure from my well, required for backwash recycling of the softener and iron filter. He was very straightforward about the potential problems managing iron. The iron itself tends to foul valves. He explained how to monitor and avoid this. I have had previous water softener services that tended to over promise and minimize any future issues. This left me disappointed when the equipment had trouble. Phil took the extra step of clearing some of my faucets that had restricted flow because of iron buildup. Fantastic silky water this morning.

Curtie Mullins and his crew did ~$25K worth of work on my home doing some repairs around the house…read moreas well as deconstructing and building an enclosed deck off the first floor of my home. Mistakes will happen of course, and there were many but, when I asked a few times that they be repaired, they were addressed. However, in June 2023 when C&C was finalizing the deck, Mr. Mullins recommended that I use Ronald Owens to install gutter guards around my whole house since gutters were going to need to be replaced due to the new deck. The fee for the gutter guards was supposed to be $600 to which I agreed and included in my payment to C&C. Mr. Owens installed the guards while Mr. Mullins was working on my deck. Afterwards, each time it rained; the rain came down in a sheet of water in the front of my house despite the new gutter guards. I alerted Mr. Mullins to the issue while he was here, and he stated (without climbing on a letter and looking at the guards) that they were covered by debris falling from my trees and that he would return with a blower to remove the debris. He never returned - despite another reminder in person when they were painting my deck, two emails (starting in July 2023), 11 text messages and six photos of the gutter guards. The gutter guards are completely clear - I had perfect photos taken which I shared with Mr. Mullins hence, my pleas to fix the situation. However, he ignored by pleas for help. I have also called Mr. Owens three times, sent five text messages and sent a photo of the gutter guard showing that it is free of debris. Neither company is responding so, the gutter guards were a waste of money and time. In the event it is helpful to know these facts, I am placing them here. Thank you.
