They sent Richard (who is a veteran; Thank you for your service!) to evaluate the jobs. Richard was honest and courteous and what I appreciated the most was that he did not blindly follow the report of my buyers' inspector. He gave me advice on how to push back on certain items and likely saved me $1k+. The technician that was sent out to tackle the repairs was also very courteous. He managed to complete his work quickly with very little disruption. I will say that there seems to have been some mix-up with regards to the electrical work, as the technician was not certified for it. However Richard came out and took care of it himself. I gave 4 stars as I had to nag a bit to get some written items in on time (written estimates and a statement regarding an item on they buyers' list), but in the end everything was taken care of and the sale went through. I highly recommend and will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

The company billed me for two hours for work that was not completed. I called another company, Blue and Gray Electrical, and their licensed electrician fixed everything in 20 minutes. A+ claimed that I had been sold a defective part for them to install, but the licensed electrician easily installed the part and it worked (and still works) just fine. Also, the licensed electrician noted that the fixture had not been installed properly--it was not flush with the ceiling--which he was able to repair in just a few minutes. Stay away from A+.
