I prefer to do business in writing so sufficed to say, I did not pick the low cost submission. The work included (1) repairing, replacing, painting... 4 trim areas high up on my three story TH, (2) repairing, filling, and painted two Woodpecker holes high up on my home (3) cleaning. caulking, and painting my exterior rear slider door (4) cleaning all my gutters of debris. I received proposals from $2700 to $13,000... a really broad range. I selected W & A for several reasons. (1) the provided the best value with a comprehensive proposal, (2) they provided excellent references. (3) and most importantly .... They were responsive, patient, flexible and willing to negotiate.
