I am completely pissed off with this company. My home is next door to a home they have completely gutted. All the walls, cabinets, carpet, insulation, etc... has been removed from inside the home and placed outside the home. My house is next door and is semi detached, so the houses share the front lawn. The workers have COMPLETLY blocked the entrance to the home they are working on, and have been using my side of the lawn to bring equipment in and out of the house. They have all the debri laying outside on the front lawn. The debri has been there for going on two weeks, it has snowed, the snow has melted and the junk is now wet and falling apart. Because of all the snow the lawn is ver wet and now they are damaging the lawn with the equipment and tire tracks and making a muddy mess. I spoke to the workers and they tell me that someone will be here the next day to clear all the debri. Yesterday one of the workers gave me a card to call the office. I called the office and they stated they had no idea this was going on, but due to the recent cold weather on the east coast and water damage on the east coast its hard to get a dumpster. Then why do this type of work and have nowhere to but the debri. How can a business that supposedly specializes in this type of service be so negligent I have contacted city inspectors, and will contact others because the conditions are unacceptable. Our basement flooded during a flash flood this summer and pretty much destroyed our basement. We called Pro Services, and they turned out to be the only place we needed to call to clean up the mess, refinish the basement, and complete construction to waterproof and protect us from a future flood. They were there very quickly the night of the flood, and completed all of the work we needed to do, which was considerable, at a very reasonable price, very quickly. We were amazed at how prompt and professional the work was, and it was so nice to be able to go to one company for all of the work. Pro Services is both a family owned and operated company that provides extremely personalized customer service, and a company that can handle any size or type of project. Luis, the owner, helped us understand the best course of action with our insurance, worked with us to suit our budget, and made us feel like part of the family. Now our basement looks great, with a brand new floor, and all of the problems that had caused our basement to be at constant risk of flood have been resolved. They really care about their customers and always look out for their best interests, which doesn't always happen when you're dealing with situations in which insurance claims and renovations are involved. They've helped us add value to our investment in our home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

BAD experience with Pro Service - they are definitely not "Pro." I had a contractor painting my house, and they scraped and got dust (poss lead based) on my neighbor's yard. I needed to have someone come out quickly, and Pro Services could come out right away. I wish I looked around more! First, this is one of the most expensive services out there. The website says free estimate which is NOT TRUE - they charged me $250 to come out to look around, and then HARD SELL before they give you a price. The crew who came to clean definitely weren't following DC guidelines for removal - not wearing PPE consistently, tracking through and spreading the dust - they had to clean my 2nd floor doors, and just swept the dust onto the just-cleaned back yard. Generally low professionalism, as if this was the first time they were doing this type of cleaning. Testing failed twice after cleaning, and the crew had to return TWICE to complete the job correctly. If you need good, competent service, look elsewhere! read more

I will update this if this business does what we paid for next week. By the way, this will be their 2nd time fixing what they did Not do correctly. I gave them no stars because after their initial "fix" job, the basement flooded again after it rained. When we tried to contact them, they gave two dates that they said they would come, but failed to show, with no reason why. Now it is raining again, basement is filling with water again. Because they just couldn't make the time. If you can't get the job done, or are ill equipped to do the job in the first place, just be honest and upfront and say so. I can respect that. But don't do a job poorly or incorrectly, then Not be able to correct the problem in a timely manner. Very disappointed. read more

We had a fire in our home at the end of summer, and they helped us through the whole process! They worked with our insurance company and we hired them for the rebuild at an amazing price! Our house was inheritated with mold, asbestos, and many structural deficiencies. We checked with several companies and Pro Services was the best. The were personal and prpfessional and worked with us in every way possible to make the renovations and repairs affordable and of great quality.
