Our bartender was super cool and very nice and definitely gave a lot of insight to the specific drinks that they were making so I knew what to make as a selection Midnight alabi - now what's funny about several of these signature cocktails on their menu is the fact that you can select which liquor you want, which people don't really do a lot of times. Now you get to pick if you want bourbon or tequila or whatever. That's actually pretty cool because some people like the drink and how it's crafted but don't like the base liquor. I thought that was really great . The one that I had, I used Angel's Envy and it was really good. It had a weird foam on it and it was like some type of purple sweet potato kind of foam, which was odd to me but the drink itself was crafted very well.
