Visited this local coffee shop at the spur of the moment while driving by. My husband and I had passed it a few times, and being the coffee fanatics we are we always said we wanted to try it. We ordered a coffee of the day and an americano. The drive thru service was fast and the barista was super helpful in helping with our drink selection. Both the coffee and americano had an amazingly fresh flavor and no bad aftertaste or bitterness as compared to Starbucks or other coffee competitors. I can't wait to visit again to try a latte and see if it's just as good. read more

Best coffee ever, Shakerato is what I have gotten the past three mornings. Customer service is GREAT! Lots of tables and chairs inside and outside of cafe. Large bags of coffee for purchase to take home. Also served baked goods, sandwiches and gelato. read more

Was pleasantly surprised to see a Minuti Coffee in Katy! It is gorgeous and spacious; everything I wish any of the Westheimer locations were! we got a shakerato and two ice-o's. The shakerato is the same as all other locations - FANTASTIC!! the ice-o was good, but the ice wasn't as finely blended as I've had before. Still good but I've had better. I really love this place. I always go to the one on fountainview and westheimer. Finally they open a new store in Katy. Their coffee is really good, way better than Starbucks. I love their Ice-O coffee and latte. The environment is good, and it's pet friendly for outdoor seating. Staff are really friendly and they even gave my dog "doggie latte" which is simply some whip cream in a tiny cup and my dog loves it! I visit the store three times each week on average, and they never disappoint me. Love it. read more

If I could rate Minuti 10 stars I would! The coffee is incredible, the baristas are very attentive to detail and make sure your drink is made exactly as you want it. They greet you every time you walk in and check if it's your first time so they can properly introduce you to the menu. The menu has a lot of interesting drinks on it like the Godfather and the Dirty Chai (which is to die for). The store is always clean and the music they play is relaxing and ambient. Great coffee. Way better than the older chain. I had a coffee and scone. The scone was a little sweeter than I wanted but still wonderful. The coffee here is so good. My kids ordered gelato and Minuti's Strawberry cream Ice-o. Gelato was good but they always get vanilla so not much to get excited about. The Ice-o was really tasty. That was fine but what I would have rather had was an explanation of their menu, which is expansive. I asked a couple questions about menu items and I just got blank stares back. okay. i am mad. i spent $9.61 on a grande ice-o and a cinnamon scone. i have nothing against the cinnamon scone, it was good. but on the other hand, the moka ice-o was trash. it was chalky and bitter and made my eyes water. thankfully i had my beloved cinnamon scone to wash away the disgusting bitterness of whatever that wannabe frappuccino was. i definitely do not think that it is worth it, especially considering that i can get a venti drink and a pastry at starbucks for 7 dollars. sorry minuti, i wanted to like you, but my tastebuds and my bank account don't agree. read more

Sooo displeased with this place. The coffee wasn't very hot or tasty. My husband ordered a breakfast biscuit, and they put cheese on it (he asked for one) - it was warm, not hot, and didn't taste very good. Worst thing saved for last - when I opened my creamer to put in coffee, there was a glob of mold on the top . GROSS! Great coffee shop, nice atmosphere, nicely warm constructed place, awesome coffee and related drinks. My complaint has long been to do with the Wi-Fi service at this location. Their Wi-Fi is like outer space, it sucks. Everytime I want to access Wi-Fi at this location, I have to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, reboot my computer, or reset my network settings (always a 5-minute wait). I can go across the street to Starbucks and get Wi-Fi on the fly so, it's not my computer. I'm told other people are having consistent problems with Wi-Fi as well. This has been going on for months and I can see the owner present often over seeing his income source like the loving Father of a newborn baby. Maybe he should fix this issue before he begins getting more low ratings and losing customers who buy two $5.00 drinks per visit to something lame like, the Starbucks across the street. read more

Minuti is great! Exceeds any other drive thru coffee shop I have been to. The drinks are always consistent and I love the variety they offer of coffee, smoothies, and even alcoholic beverages. Minute also has great meal options like sandwiches, burritos, and a range of pastries that are all delicious. As for customer service Minuti offers some of the best. The baristas are friendly and bring your order right to you, its wonderful. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a cozy intimate vibe, perfect for studying or an evening with friends. This is my favorite coffee shop due to the incredible customer service. All the baristas are extremely attentive and make conversation with all the customers no matter how busy it is! The drinks are high quality and the pastries are delicious. There is a wide variety of pastries, ranging from muffins to macaroons.
