I see a specialist every three months so I don't have a GP I visit. I know, I know--but how many doctors do I need to tell me the basics. But I work with kids and they like to cough and sneeze in my face- so occasionally I feel like I'm going to lose a lung and I find myself at the minute clinic. Here's why they're my go to urgent care. 1. Location, it's right down the road from me and I can get to them quickly, 2. Easy to book. You can do it on the cvs app, fill out all the info including your insurance and it's all taken care of before you get there. You can also check in from your phone so you can just walk up when you're expected. 3. The space for the clinic is clean and has plenty of seating that is spaced out. You don't have to be on top of other sick patients. 4. The nurses and doctors here are all friendly. And patient. So patient. This last round of illness made my gag reflex very reactive so my strep test was dramatic. The nurse was super kind and didn't laugh- she should have. I did. 5. Your script can be sent to the pharmacy located 10 feet outside the clinics door. Honestly, the biggest wait was the pharmacy getting my meds ready- and that's a different review! read more

Wildly rude practitioner today. I'll never visit a CVS Minute Clinic again. I had a 10:40 appointment at the Slaughter Minute Clinic, but the CVS site said that the Lake Austin location had walk-ins available. Because the Lake Austin location is more convenient for me, I stopped in at 9:45 and signed into the kiosk system, which said "You'll be seen in 50 minutes or less as a walk-in" but I had to cancel my Slaughter appointment to accept that wait time. OK with me. By that math, I'd be seen at Lake Austin faster, and I was already there. I start waiting, and one patient gets called into the private office - they came out after about 20 minutes or so, and left. A second patient went in pretty soon after him - around 10:15 - and didn't come out until 10:45 ... this is a Minute Clinic ... wth ... at that point I'd been waiting for 50 minutes and assumed I'd be next, but the practitioner asked for "Andrea? ... Andrea?" Another potential patient had just signed in at the kiosk as a walk-in. The practitioner asked "Are you Andrea?" And the patient explained that no, she was a walk-up signing in to wait, too. At this point I spoke up and said, "Do you think I could take my turn if this other patient isn't here? I've been waiting almost an hour, and-" And she cut me off with a hand up, "Sir, just because the system SAYS you'll be seen that doesn't mean you'll be seen. I suggest you, and you (to the other walk up) make appointments for (some CVS she said was 45 minutes away)." I explained that I'd be seen right now if I'd just kept my appointment at Slaughter, and it doesn't seem right to not see us if the other scheduled patient hasn't shown up. Loudly, "I have to wait 10 minutes to see if she'll show up." So, I asked, "Could I please just wait 10 minutes then, to see if she doesn't show up?" And the practitioner said, "No. Because if she doesn't show up, I'm going to take a break." And she slammed her office door in our faces. Never using them again. And the real burn is that I opted to try Lake Front over Slaughter bc I've had great experiences with the practitioners at Lake Front. Too bad this practitioner ruined that streak. read more

You could start with having someone there. Your advertisement is great saying appointments or walk ins with no need for an appointment. My experience was not good. I loaded my 100 year Mom to get a strep test and see the medical personnel . When I walked in I am told by the cashier to go back to the clinic and the medical person will be right with you. Nobody shows up so I ask the pharmacy employee is the clinic open they say yes. The next step is my bad. There is a computer that says check in. With my limited computer experience I try to sign in. After struggling with the sign in computer I get a message that says there are no appointments available until the next day after noon. So I will take my share of the problem but obviously the clinic must be an independent company so the store employees have no idea how the clinic works. My suggestion to you is remove the walk ins welcome part of your advertisement and go with appointments only. It was a complete waste of time for me. read more

Practitioner (May) was very rude - horrible bedside manner. I went in for a COVID antibody test. I recently suffered from a virus that resulted in a moderate-severe hearing loss in my right ear. She tried to tell me that she didn't recommend the test - I explained to her that I wanted to do it to give me "peace of mind" - as I was trying to figure out if COVID is what gave me, possibly permanent, hearing loss. Once the test was completed, she gave me incorrect information about my results - I later researched my results and found out the correct information. Very disappointed in her comments and communication style. I would expect more from a PA. read more

With a pain in my right ear that got worse with each passing day, I thought it time to revisit the Minute Clinic. Once again, I entered a calm and quiet place. No advance appointment, but no worries, as there were no other patients there. I signed in electronically, a two-minute process, then was quickly called into the room by Kelly, the nurse practitioner. Kelly was great. She diagnosed the problem (fluid in ear canal), discussed how to deal with it and prescribed antibiotic drops. She also scheduled a follow-up appointment to irrigate my ear and free it of debris after it's all better. Here's the best part... I can come back at no additional charge. I know they do follow-ups at doctor's offices, but had no idea this type of thing was available here. Kelly emailed my scrip over to the CVS counter. I walked ten feet to pick up my ear drops. I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want all of you showing up and making the wait time long the next time I go, but I'm feeling generous today. If you have a cold, flu, some kind of virus, or anything else that you would normally end up going to an expensive emergency clinic for, just go to Minute Clinic. It's faster, cheaper, and you can browse the As Seen on TV junk while you wait. Appointments are on a walk in basis and you sign yourself into the computer when you arrive. The computer shows your place in line and updates while you're waiting, I loved that! They were busy the day I went but I was made aware of that up front. I waited an hour, but that's nothing considering it's flu season. The nurse practitioner was very nice and gave everyone a full 20 minute consultation. She also made all the coughers wear masks which I appreciated. After my appointment, my prescription was immediately ready at the pharmacy and I was on my way home to recover. read more

We all know this is not the place to get coddled, or have a conversation about health concerns. It's a minute clinic. The practitioners are likely very underpaid and overworked. But even in doing it's most base function: A general level of healthcare in a pinch, Minute Clinic failed on my visit. I came here an early morning after increasing sinus infection symptoms over the course of a week and half. Because of antibiotic overprescription, and perhaps some form of bureaucracy or rules of which I was unaware, the practitioner told me her hands were simply tied to do anything unless I exhibited certain signs. Not having insurance to simply return and shell out $100 out of pocket when/if those signs did emerge, I first explained, then pleaded, then cried, before I was begrudgingly sent away with a very low grade/dose antibiotic, and a very terse lecture: She was "breaking the rules." I'm unsure what rules she was referring to, but in my case, CVS or some larger governing body imposing rules on clinic practitioners, thereby u-surping their staff's professional medical opinion, had awful consequences on my physical and financial well-being. 10 days later I went to primary care physician, this time 100 plus fever and completely incapacitated. Lo and behold, I had (by then) a very terrible infection. It took two more rounds of antibiotics to kick it, for a whopping total of 3 drugs in less than 2 months... wreaking havoc on my gut, and causing countless missed hours of work. Visiting this clinic was a huge drain on my time, health and money, and turned me into an avid Walgreens shopper. Proceed with caution. read more

I went to this Minute Clinic late this morning for a very painful right ear. Kelly, the Nurse Practitioner, examined me and agreed I had an outer ear infection (my first ever). She prescribed antibiotic/steroid ear drops, emailed the script to my pharmacy, gave me a bunch of printouts outlining what to expect, and told me she'd check back with me. Registration/check-in was computerized, fast, and painless. My wait to see her was about 5 minutes. I was in the examining room for about 10 minutes. I helped expedite things by having my insurance card and list of prescriptions ready for her. I really think this is how medicine should be done. Quick and easy. I wouldn't go there if I was having a heart attack, but for things like this I think this is the future of medicine. But, for it to succeed, I agree they have to have strict guidelines and define what they can do and what needs to be referred to a "normal" clinic (slow and expensive) or Emergency Room. And I kinda liked Kelly. She was quick, professional, knowledgable, and had that "You wouldn't believe the things I've seen" attitude. I can't say I'd like to go back there, but if I have another minor medical problem that fits within their realm of treatability , I will. read more

I have had a sinus infection that won't go away. I really need to get better, as this thing is really dragging me down. Too busy and tired to go see my primary care physician, I stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. There was no wait. I checked in at the computer, saw the nurse practitioner (who was very nice), was assessed quickly and thoroughly, and given a prescription for some antibiotics, which was sent to the pharmacy a few feet away. I paid a doctor's office visit co-pay in the clinic, left the clinic, and went over to the pharmacy to tell them I was waiting in store for the meds. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. So much easier than an urgent care clinic. *The Minute Clinic is accredited by the Joint Commission for Hospital Accreditation and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare CLIA program. I wish I could give the minute clinic a glowing review. However, my experience there was extremely frustrating. Single-star frustrating. There was a quick sign-in process and a short wait, during which time about 3 people lined up behind me, looking like death warmed over. Because of the proximity to my house, ease of sign-in, and speed to see a medical professional they get an extra star, for a grand total of two very underwhelming stars. The nurse practitioner was pleasant enough but seemed maybe a little tired or like it had been a long day. I told her I believed I had a urinary tract infection and she asked me a series of questions- how long I had had the issue, what my symptoms were, etc. She tapped on my back near my kidneys- no pain. After a couple of minutes of questions she informed me that based on my symptoms she couldn't test or treat me. WHAT?!!?! It specifically says on their website that UTI is one of the conditions they can test for and treat. She argued that there are certain conditions that must be met by the patient in order to receive testing or treatment at the minute clinic and one of the conditions to be tested/treated for UTI is that you can have experienced symptoms for 7 days but not 10. I had had symptoms for exactly 7 days. What gives? Here is where the breakdown occurred: one of the first questions she had asked was (in retrospect) a very leading "how long has this been going on, like 10 days?" which I agreed to because in my mind 7 and 10 aren't that far apart. She set me up in a verbal trap! I had also told her my symptoms started when I was on a plane. I could have easily proved this was exactly 7 days before by showing her my flight ticketing info but she really didn't care. She told me she had to go with what I had said at first (even though she led me to make an imprecise and inaccurate statement), that she couldn't treat me, and that I needed to go to the doctor and sent me on my way, spitting mad. Easier said than done, harried nurse practitioner! Firstly, I'm a student and the only reason I'm not at the student health center in the first place is because it's spring break and they're closed. Secondly, I have a preexisting condition that makes me ineligible for health insurance and makes doctor's visits cost hundreds of dollars, which is why I'm at the CVS Minute Clinic and NOT the doctor. Thirdly, I'm unemployed and poor and was grinding my teeth calculating the bill for your drug store clinic. It's a freaking UTI- test the urine, find the bacteria, give me antibiotics! I'm not trying to score hard drugs from you! I'd really rather not take antibiotics during south by southwest, but it's clear to me that it's medically necessary! I'm not trying to pull the wool over your eyes! I can understand the ego reasons why a medical professional may not want to admit to asking leading questions that determine whether or not a patient is eligible to receive treatment, but I find that behavior unethical and extremely unprofessional. I went here because my fiance fell and just needed a couple of band-aids that we were to purchase. The guy at clinic counter wasn't too helpful as he showed us what we should buy...the same things we already had in hand. But at least he was a nice guy. Now we arrive at the counter and forgot to check how much the band-aids were, so we ask the cashier to check on the price. She gives us back the band-aids and points to a price checker, all the while guessing the price. 30 cents? 90 cents? Can't be more than $1.20! I went here this week after a severe cough that's lasted a few weeks. To say that the PA I saw was lacking bedside manner is an understatement. The first thing he said was that I had a cold and "do I even want him to still check me out". I said that if he was going to do nothing then no. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't do anything for me and that it had to be 3 weeks or more before they would treat it. I went to an actual MD today who diagnosed me with bronchitis. Waste of time and money! AVOID and go to a place where you will be seen by a qualified physician (not a Physician's Assistant). I came in with identical symptoms as my child and asked for an identical course of treatment which fully addressed the issue with my child a week prior (a simple prescription for a course of antibiotics). The under qualified PA insisted on prescribing a steroid-based medication for something not evening bothering me, and refused to prescribe something more likely suited to address my symptoms. I am going to escalate this issue accordingly. We shouldn't have to pay for under qualified people masquerading as medical professionals doling out misinformation, advice and irrelevant prescriptions. Fuck this place. read more

This was the a huge waste of my time. I was feeling bad on Thursday and had a very bad sore throat and back pain. The clinician did not test me for strep or swab me for the flu even though it's HIGH flu season and I told her I had not had a flu shot. She also told me she didn't give antibiotics. I left with some lidocaine wash for my sore throat and no instructions. By Saturday morning I had become so sick a friend had to take me to the ER. They swabbed me for the flu and guess what? I have H1N1 Swine Flu and was dehydrated. What level of incompetence! I feel so sorry for the sick people that saw that particular person working that day because she seemed like she was going to prescribe any meds or do a swab for strep unless you were a child or had children in the home! Awful. I won't go back. It certainly reminds me why it is important to have a primary care physician and establish a relationship with them so they will work you in even when they are booked. read more

I saw them tuesday and then again today (sunday) and the nurse practitioner that I saw was the most unqualified, uneducated, rude medical provider I have ever met in my life. She said that I just barely met the qualifier for antibiotics for a sinus infection, but that she would not give them to me. Then I told her that my parents were doctors (Which they are) and that I knew and that they knew that I needed an antibiotic because I have been coughing up brown mucus for 10 days, and she said I should "get my parents' doctor friends to write you a prescription then". (This review is for Deborah Castro, NP) I went in on Friday morning with flu symptoms, was tested for the flu, and it came back negative. I was never once asked for the severity of my symptoms, how high my fever was, etc. The nurse told me, "with your symptoms, I'd normally still prescribe Tamiflu, but you don't look that bad." She told me I had a cold. I was unsure about the cold diagnosis as my symptoms seemed more severe than I'd ever experienced with a cold and I had some symptoms that weren't typical for a cold. Later that day, my fever jumped to over 102, so I contacted a doctor friend of mine who informed me that false negatives on the flu test are actually not uncommon especially in the earlier stages and that she was shocked I wasn't prescribed Tamiflu. She recommended I go to another clinic. I went to an urgent care that evening and the PA told me that, without a doubt, I had the flu. She prescribed me Tamiflu and within about 36 hours of taking it, my fever was gone and I felt about 80% better. I find it highly unethical that, during a flu outbreak, someone can go in presenting with classic flu symptoms and not be prescribed Tamiflu because she didn't "look that bad." Given the severity of the outbreak this year, I urge you to go somewhere else for a check up, especially if you are within the window of being able to get Tamiflu. read more

To Whom It May Concern, I have a complaint about the Minute Clinic in the CVS location located at: 2306 Ranch Rd 620, Lakeway, TX. I encountered Poison Ivy on my property a few days prior to my visit to this location on Friday September 18th. While at work on Friday I noticed the rash was getting really bad and knew that I needed to try and see a Dr. before the weekend. I called my insurance company, Aetna and they referred me to two walk-in clinics in the area. I called the Minute Clinic number to see what time they closed and to find out if they treated poison Ivy. I live in rural Spicewood and it takes me about 40 minutes to get to this location, so I wanted to make sure there would be no issues. This conversation occurred about 4 pm. I answered several questions and I was told they could defiantly treat the problem and that the clinic will be open till 7:30. So I had my girlfriend drive me over. We got into the clinic and filled out the check-in information at the kiosk, put in my number. We were told there were 4 ahead of us so there could be a long wait. We spent the next hour or so walking around the store shopping, sitting and waiting inside and outside. Checking several times to see how much longer. I went up to check with the nurse at 6 and found her over by the pharmacy chatting with other employees. I asked her how much longer was the wait was and she told me she was closed. I said closed? I have been here for over an hour look at me? She said it's not her problem and to go somewhere else. I was shocked. What you mean go somewhere else I said. It's after 6 and I have been waiting here for over an hour. I put in my number and everything. She said it's not her job to call you and she isn't helping anyone else today. She again said not my problem. I'm closed now. I did not see her name and when I asked for it she started out the door. She was of Asian descent. Then she directed me to another CVS near Cedar Park (by the time I drove there they would have been closed) so she decided to close over and hour early and leave me without medical treatment. I was so outraged that someone in the medical field could look at a person in need and basically blow them off. I was so upset I immediately called the Minute Clinic number to complain. That phone call was almost as crazy as the treatment I was given at the clinic. The first woman I got on the phone with basically told me she can close when she wants to regardless if someone is waiting. She also proceeded to ask me questions about if the rash was located in a private area, as if that was a reason or excuse. I told her the rash was on my legs and forearms and was becoming more severe by the minute. I asked to speak with her supervisor because all I was getting from this conversation was that I apparently am the issue.....not sure how I'm the issue yet, but apparently an apology and a resolution is impossible to get from customer service. I was then given over to a supervisor. I had to repeat the whole story over again, after the 30 plus minute phone conversation I was given the apology and told they were filing a complaint and I would hear something back from them in 7 days. Well its day 11. Still haven't heard a thing. I left two numbers...my email. I guess nobody cares. Nobody at CVS or Minute Clinic. I did not get any treatment over the weekend and my rash grew to the point of being severe! I was seen at the urgent care in Bee Cave and given two types of steroid because of the severity of the rash. The point of this letter is to communicate the treatment of one of your valued customers. I used to come to CVS by- weekly. I will never return to a CVS for anything because they fail to take any responsibility. Is there a manager at this location? I wasn't expecting much going in, especially with the previous reviews. I have been to walk in clinics before and been super disappointed. I walked in on a saturday with my normal sinus complaints. I waited about twenty minutes, not bad considering it was a saturday and most walk in clinics have you waiting for an hour or more. It was busy with about 5 people in line and the nurse practitioner on duty, Kelly Guillory, seemed efficient at handling the crowds with each visit taking around 15-20 minutes. After asking me a series of questions, taking my insurance and performing a physical exam, Kelly diagnosed me and provided the appropriate medication. She was very attentive, sweet, and knew exactly what I needed to help me feel better. Two days later, and I felt great. If you have time to wait and have an issue they can take care of, I would for sure go here. The practitioner was great and it was affordable. I would rather go here than my normal regular doctor to be honest. read more

I have used the minute clinic for sports kids physicals (great, timely etc), but realized this last go around that you can NOT call the Minute Clinic back if any problems arise after initial treatment. When you try to leave a message with the call service, none of the information seems to get through and so any follow up advice they give you is unhelpful. I had a serious reaction to meds prescribed (not their fault) and could not get any help from Minute Clinic. I ended up going back to ADC Clinic (which has AWESOME after hours Triage nurses who call you back right away) and learned my lesson - if it's something with potential for complication, go to ADC instead. read more

I will definitely go back here for all non-emergencies or non-complicated medical issues (i.e. sinus infection, sore throat, etc...). Check in was quick and painless. Nurse practitioner was quite competent. Even sent an electronic record of the visit and prescriptions given to my doctor's office. I was in and out with my prescriptions in at most 20 minutes. That is about the normal time I spend waiting in the main office waiting room at my doctor's office and only with an appointment that could be days in the future. Terrible! Do not waste your time or money. I took my 9 year old son to the Minute Clinic today. The location in located on lamar and breaker in the CVS Pharmacy. After the computer questioner was filled out by the NP nurse I was told that my son would have to be referred to another clinic or Dr.s office. ??? .....Why the Hell didn't you tell me you couldn't prescribe antibiotics to someone if you hear wheezing in their lungs? Hey that's the reson I brought him to your so called clinic. I paid the $85 fee then proceeded to another clinic who also has heard many complaints from this. Clinic. Long story short my son was prescribe the antibiotics along with an inhaler. He is now on the road to recovery. My advise? GO Anywhere but the One minute clinic. read more

We brought in a child with a high fever to the CVS Minute Clinic on the corner of Braker and Lamar last Friday, February 24, 2012. I knocked on the door as it had a closed sign on it when in fact the sign on the door showed they were open until 7:30 pm. My cell phone showed 7:09 pm. I could see that there was someone in the office and wondered why it was closed early when another sign contradicted the closed sign. A nurse opened the door and refused to help her claiming she was closed. I mentioned the hours of operation on the door and we were more that 15 minutes prior. There was also absolutely no other people there and she was not with a patient. When I explained the child was very sick and had a fever (her cheeks were even red and showing it), the nurse just looked past me and said she had a lot of paperwork to do and couldn't see any more patients. I was in total disbelief that this even happened. I didn't realize that the hours of operation included their paperwork duties that warranted closing early, refusing to look at a child with a high fever. She was even cold about it. She did not live up to her job that she appeared to not like. It was just a job with a salary. No concern of a child with a high fever and obviously sick who came for help during the hours of operation. The nurse just wanted to get home early. She told us to go to another place. Just want to alert others so you don't drive all the way to a place that claimed they were open and then changed their minds so they could get home early. How sad that we live in a society of medical clinics and supposed licensed medical people who are not focused on what they are supposed to stand for. I tried to call about it and the higher up people had no problem with her behavior and actions. We now know to stay away from minuted clinics. They had no care or concern what so ever. This tells me it is a clinic wide problem. How inhumane for a medical clinic. I pray that their attitude and unethical behavior towards sick children doesn't affect the life and well being of others. We all need to pray for this nurse as well as others of this nature in the medical profession. I have seen way too much and too many mistakes by carelessness due to greed. They will be judged by a much higher person and you know who that is. Someone these people don't even know. How sad. read more

After leaving the facility I felt compelled to write my first review because it was so bothersome and it felt like it's the right thing to do. This was the absolute worst experience! The "professional" I had to see was very condescending and rude! The visit got very awkward quickly after we immediately felt as if we were imposing. She did not bother to ask what the health issue was so I politely began the conversation. The current of events thereafter continued however needless to say we will NEVER go back nor would I ever recommend someone visit this clinic. read more

Went to this minute clinic for the first time yesterday for a very painful sore throat. The check in process and wait time were both fine. The care I received from Deborah Castro, NP was sub-par to say the least. When I first got in the exam room and sat down she asked me what was going on and as I explained my symptoms to her she interrupted me to ask me if she could tear off the perforated edge on my insurance card. I told her that was fine, but stopped explaining my symptoms because it was clear she wasn't listening. She examined me while running a strep test (that came back negative) and said it looked like I had allergies that had developed into a infection and she recommend I gargle with saltwater, use Flonase, and she prescribed me a lydocane gel to gargle with for the pain. I explained that I needed to return to work and asked if there weren't some medication I could have to speed the healing process along because I have a very important few days at work coming up and she basically said no, that I would have to ride it out, and then asked me if I needed a note to miss work. Again, clearly this lady was NOT listening to me. I got no relief whatsoever from the pain I was experiencing and I don't think this person listened to me at all. This was such a waste of 2 hours. Thankfully, for whatever insurance reason, I did not have a co-pay. At least I didn't have to pay for such shoddy service. BTW I went to an urgent care clinic after I got off work. I was in and out in 45 min with a perscription for Prednisone and Amoxicillin in hand. :) Feeling much better today. read more

Save yourself $100 and go anyplace else. I was visiting Austin the weekend of the marathon and started running a fever, sore throat, congested, etc. For the first time (and the last) I went to a CVS Minute Clinic. The PA informed me that "there is still no cure for the common cold" and that I shouldn't seek medical attention until I had been running a fever for at least two weeks. He told me that his job was to provide patient education and not prescribe medication although he did recommend an over the counter medicine. Huge waste of time and money. I thought the point of a minute clinic was to treat patients like me with minor ailments. Their business model should fail based on PA's like this guy. read more

it was hard for me to choose the amount of stars- but I finally just went with the description that yelp gave me, "Meh. I've experienced better. As a former waitress with no insurance, I love the service that they provide. It's fast, convenient and cheap. What I don't appreciate is the asshole nurse at the lake Austin location. I'm sure it sucks that after all of your training the only job you can get is at CVS and you hate it- but don't be a dick to me because I'm poor. On top of her being such a jerk (everytime I went there)- I question her abilities. I have chronic strep. I get it four or five times a year. I get strep A and Strep C. I know what it is when I get and I can tell the difference between the two but I still have to go get a prescription for the antibiotics. I have seen this chick several times for strep. The LAST time I went I explained to her when my rapid A test came back negative that I have also been diagnosed with type C to which she replied, "there is no type C. If they told you that then they were just trying to trick you." Wait, What? Trying to trick me? Is that something you do often in your profession? A simple Google search NOT TO MENTION YOUR EDUCATION would show that there are several strains of strep. Unacceptable. So, long story long- Minute clinics are great if you have something simple, or if you absolutely know what's wrong with you. Cause you're gonna get the D students that didn't have a whole lot of job offers lining up. Beware of the nurse in boots at the Lake austin location. Better yet try a Texas Med clinic or Victory- they probably have higher standards. read more

My friend referred me to the minute clinic after I woke up one morning with an unbearable sore throat. When I arrived, I filled out some forms and waited no more than five minutes to see the PA. She was extremely helpful and personable. They diagnosed me with strep and called in my prescription in less than 30 minutes. Considering how I felt at the time, this was like a miracle. This is the best doctors office experience I've had in Austin so far. Fast, efficient, and inexpensive, I highly recommend! read more
