Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. We've seen her multiple times without incident, and she always made well-informed recommendations after a complete assessment. Unfortunately, this time we were seen by a new nurse practitioner, Tiffany C. Laffoon (License #95032168). We only learned her name after calling the Minute Clinic because she refused to identify herself during the visit, despite providing medical recommendations. Tiffany did not examine my 5-year-old son, who had a fever and was complaining of ear pain. She didn't take his temperature, didn't look in his ears, and didn't review his chart. Instead, she told us to give him Motrin and "wait it out," and shamed us for using antibiotics in the past (if it were my son I wouldn't do that she said) --despite them being prescribed by healthcare professionals. When I asked for her name and credentials, she confirmed she was an NP but refused to provide any further information. She had no visible badge, and when I pressed further for her name and license number, she threatened to call the police and accused me of being rude. The visit ended without any assessment, documentation, or after-visit summary. As a licensed healthcare provider myself, I was shocked by the lack of basic triage. Her demeanor was combative, and she made comments about wanting to go home while angrily changing the trash. After she shut herself in the office, I even slid a note on my phone under the door explaining I'm autistic and sometimes communicate directly, but that my son still needed care. She ignored it. The CVS store manager attempted to help, but even they couldn't get her to share her name or license information. Nearly a week later, I've still received no follow-up from Minute Clinic management. My son kept asking, "Mommy, why did her cancel my appointment?" and "Why was her going to call the police?" I had no answer. We were seen by his pediatrician the next day, who confirmed he had a severe ear infection. She immediately prescribed antibiotics and referred us to an ENT--something that could have been caught earlier with even a basic exam. This entire experience was confusing and traumatizing for my son, and we will not be returning.

Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! Note: Doctor's notes are only good for 3 days! Plan accordingly.

Congratulations to his wife! As a registered nurse myself, I would recommend that his medical assistant who comes in and does vitals,direct patient care, NOT have jeweled acrylic nails ....not the standard of professionalism for cleanliness. I would also suggest that she introduced herself and offer her name. Other than that, my experience was positive.

Saw a NP who did not even look at my leg closely and said "I'm no dermatologist," and referred me to two dermatologists who had terrible reviews and didn't answer their phone. I called back asking for other referrals since I was told to get this biopsied immediately, and they said they would get back to me even though they still haven't. How am I supposed to follow their medical instructions to get a biopsy if I can't even get a g-d appointment with one of their recommended drs? I've already gone elsewhere to a clinic that actually examined and treated me. Ironically, I have been completely brushed off by this NP even though I told her how a doctor had brushed me off before. My faith in the medical system wanes more and more every day.

They took me right in, and was seen by M. Davalos , PA. He was very nice. They FAXed in my prescriptions right away and I only had to wait 15 mins at the pharmacy. All in all- a great experience. There are certain medications my doctor has me on because of my cancer diagnosis. One of which my…read moreinsurance decided not to pay for anymore and wanted a different Rx. My doctor does not approve of the alternative because it's not good for me. Leave it to my amazing doctor to arrange with this pharmacy to not only have the original Rx, but have the insurance approve it. And the icing on the top, Vail Ranch Pharmacy delivered it to my house! So, basically I received a text from the pharmacy that a script had been sent by my doctor. Next thing I knew, my meds were delivered! Now that's great service.

I found Vail Ranch Pharmacy due to the recommendation from my doctor's office. This small business is so much easier to deal with and gives personalized, compassionate service. In addition, the main pharmacist is a wizard at getting prescriptions approved which I really appreciate! All the employees are so nice, understanding and helpful that they ease the stress and difficulty for people with medical conditions having to deal with insurance complications. There is a nice selection of wine here for a CVS. They have wines from South Coast and Wilson Creek. They were about a dollar cheaper than the Temecula Wine & Spirits store - just across the street - but only cause it was on sale. Other than those two local wines, there were not other local brands. Yet, there were plenty of other brands I had not heard of before that may be worth trying. The Ralph's Market, however, has a much larger selection than CVS; about twice the amount of selection.

I really don't need any more decor but I like to browse. I picked a couple of the fruit & nut Cadbury bars, which remind me of Chunky chocolate bars. Do they still sell those? Anyhow the store is clean and organized. So hard to believe that Christmas is around the corner. There were good sales throughout the store. I have the app, which gives me coupons I can use at check out. This time I was able to save $3.00. The cashier was very nice, polite, and efficient. We really like this CVS. It's convenient and we can always find something we need.

When I called to the nurse advice line, I couldn't get a call back in time so I called when their…read moreoffices opened in hopes I could get a same day walk in appointment. My little had been suffering from bad headaches for nearly a month and we couldn't find a solution to help her even though she already saw her primary provider plus the eye doctor. I was able to get an immediate appointment at this location that we have never been to. Everyone here was so nice, so helpful and welcoming. Loved the jungle wall murals and decor, it was fun waiting beside her headache and it really eased her worries and distracted her for a bit. Dr. Johnson was one of the best providers we have seen in awhile. Super patient, informative and extremely helpful with all her questions and suggestions. She truly showed concern and compassion for our situation and on her new vitamin regimen, our sweet girl has been headache free for a few days now after a rough month!
