She is gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Because it was Mother's Day, as the clinic director, she opted to come in to let other members of the staff have the day off. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate my condition. She provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that she took the time to explain in detail. Both Savannah and Brenda at the front desk were so patient in helping me troubleshoot some issues I was having with the app. The clinic is clean and spacious. I arrived for the first time with no appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. But more importantly, I left with a treatment plan, medication submitted to my pharmacy, and the confidence that I know what to do to get better. If I could give more than five stars I would. I'm so thankful for Carbon health urgent care in Temecula! (Although I hope I don't have to come back, I will definitely return for any urgent care needs and will tell my friends and family to do the same.)

Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! Note: Doctor's notes are only good for 3 days! Plan accordingly.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Dr. Philip Hardy in connection with a concerning encounter at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care on Friday evening, approximately 9:00 PM, on April 24th. I presented to the clinic with acute and potentially serious symptoms, including difficulty breathing, chest tightness, dizziness, and an elevated heart rate. These symptoms, as widely understood, warrant prompt and careful medical evaluation. While the front desk staff and nursing staff were professional and attentive, my interaction with Dr. Hardy was markedly inconsistent with what I would expect from a licensed medical provider in an urgent care setting. Dr. Hardy appeared disengaged and did not conduct what I perceived to be a thorough or attentive assessment of my condition. I was not provided with clear clinical guidance, and I felt as though my symptoms were not being taken seriously. Instead of offering direction or initiating appropriate evaluation, I was left uncertain about my condition and next steps. When I asked what I should do given my symptoms, Dr. Hardy stated that I should "probably go to the ER." When I asked which emergency department he would recommend, he responded that he did not know and continued discussing unrelated personal matters. This response was dismissive and inappropriate given the seriousness of my presentation. During the visit, my condition worsened... I became increasingly dizzy and overheated and was forced to leave the room. Dr. Hardy had indicated he would provide paperwork for my transfer to the emergency room; however, he did not follow through directly. As I walked out of the room I observed him engaged in a playful personal conversation while a nurse ultimately provided the document. The paperwork I received was illegible and did not assist the receiving hospital in any meaningful way. Following this encounter, I sought care at Temecula Valley Hospital, where I was treated promptly and professionally. The contrast in the level of care further highlighted the deficiencies in my urgent care visit. I am concerned that Dr. Hardy's conduct reflects a failure to meet basic standards of medical professionalism, patient evaluation, and communication. Given the nature of my symptoms, the lack of appropriate attention and guidance posed a potential risk to my health and safety. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. I will be reaching out to clinic management and I am willing to provide any additional information needed to assist in your evaluation.  Sincerely, Jack Miller You can reach me at Phone: (951) 464-0141  Email: jmills42205@gmail.com

I am extremely hesitant going to urgent cares I'm not familiar with but I just moved 60 miles from my regular urgent care. Also, I'm not always able to do a ton of research on facility or have limited options due to insurance. I'm pretty sure somewhere between being launched into Space Mountain and navigating through "It's a small world" at Disney I picked up the Adenovirus. I saw a primary doctor at my health organization I work for when I was first feeling unwell and had a fever. Not much was done and all my testing came back negative (covid etc). This was on a Tuesday. I went to this urgent care the same week on a Friday. The front desk girls were really nice and professional. The waiting area is clean. They are cashless FYI (I paid with Apple Pay). On Friday I came right when they opened. First the MA(assumption on the title she took vitals and asked qualifying questions). She was brief and then turned on music before she left while my wife and I waited for the PA. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that music is being played. Especially when you feel miserable. Not sure if that is for patient privacy (if the walls are thin) but it was odd. Anyways, I went over my symptoms with the PA who was super nice. PA Stock. There wasn't really much done that visit. I know with a virus you just have to kind of ride it out. But it just kept getting worse. So I left and ended up coming back Sunday... that same week. This is where the magic happened. I was in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. My throat, upper respiratory, sinuses, eyes were infected... and so my wife and I drove again to this urgent care. This time on the way there I booked my appointment online which is an awesome tool! When I got there I had a bit of a wait but it's urgent care and it wasn't like 2 hours and I had no choice. When I got back to the doctors office and waited for him that took a while. But A) I was in so much pain every minute felt like an hour and B) That Urgent Care got slammed and had limited providers. The xray tech did vitals and was super sweet and empathetic. Asked if I needed any water etc (that really goes a long way). Again goes the music haha my wife actually turned it off after a little bit. I would just recommend asking the patient before turning it on. I know it seems silly that it's just music but radio like music playing loudly when you feel horrible is just not the bees knees. Finally, at last the doctor arrives. I really didn't expect much to be honest because it's really hard to find a good doctor in general and especially at an urgent care I've had more bad experiences than good. Well this doctor is the reason I'm leaving this review. Dr Hamzeh was all about "how do we get you better" even with it being so busy I did not feel rushed or dismissed. He right then and there gave me treatment options that I took and prescribed me an antibiotic that I needed. I take several medications for some health issues I have so I get really worried about medication interactions esp having a past or doctors prescribing conflicting medications. He reassured me... more than once and I'm so sorry if I was annoying asking twice haha that I would be okay. And I was. I had a few questions after he left and he kindly came back to us when he had time to answer them. He was very confident in how he was treating me and actually took the time to help me. I started gradually feeling better the next day. It took a few more days to notice a bigger difference but I did! I was back to work by Wednesday. Today is Friday and although I still have the after effects of the virus and am not 100% I'm about 90% and that's all thanks to the Dr. Thank you to the staff and Dr Hamzeh on last Sunday. For someone who works in healthcare and someone who needs healthcare I know how frustrating it is to continue to pay copays with no help. My wife and I both appreciate you all and hope you had a wonderful holiday! Ps. I would have taken pics of the waiting area but I was just nottttt doing well enough to even think of those things as

It was later in the evening and I kept them longer than they were open. No one complained. The PA-Avo was amazing and his bedside manner is awesome! Can't say enough good things about the care I received.

Called over to Accelerated and they say they don't have the info on my meds. 2 people put them in the system and they don't have them? Was out on hold and shockingly was disconnected. No call back. Save yourself some time and go to the 24 hours urgent care down the street. They have the personality of a tree but at least they get their job done. Very disappointed. Update: antibiotics and ibuprofen have been called in. Still no call back on the other prescriptions. Not like they don't have my number.

My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.
