The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. I had my initial appointment I was brought back and waited for 45-50 minutes before the PA came for my appointment. That's far too long of a wait time for a first visit. Nothing about the appointment or office was remotely holistic, it's all western medicine. I was told that I didn't have a co-pay, but turns out they were incorrect and now have a bill from them (just wish they wouldn't have lied to me about this.) The appointment wasn't even for a physical, it was only "establishing care" as they call it. I had x-rays done and I had a follow-up appointment scheduled, the x-rays came back normal so I cancelled the appointment because it seems that they are money grabbing and trying to schedule unnecessary appointments in order to bill insurance. In my experience most offices will have the Dr or PA call you with results, especially when they are normal. Save yourself the time and money and find a different primary care office. Please don't advertise as being a holistic Medical office when that's clearly not what your office does.

The parking was plentiful and the grounds were well maintained. The lobby was impressive and very clean. We took the elevator to the Suite 108. The waiting room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick. The lady at the registration desk was very friendly and professional. She handed me some paperwork to fill out, which I returned. She told me to wait and would be called back shortly. It was about a 5 minute wait. Once I was in the prep/ recovery room I was greeted by Tabitha and Christina. They asked me a few questions and to see if I had any concerns. I did mention I had sleep apnea, which was annotated. I was told to inform the anesthesiologist. I changed into my gown and lay on the bed. Thankfully they gave me two heated blankets since it was freezing in the room. When it came to getting the needle for the IV, it was unpleasant. My veins are tiny and Tabitha apologized and said I would be bruised. She finally was able to set up in my left hand. Naturally, I fell asleep as I only got one hour of sleep! I was awakened by this pretty young lady, who introduced herself as the anesthesiologist. I told her about my sleep apnea and she assured me not to worry. I was wheeled into the surgery room by Jasmine, who was very nice and upbeat. I saw Dr. Chen and before I knew it I was in La-La land! I was awakened but I was so out of it I can't remember who it was. I returned to the recovery room, got dressed then given explicit discharge instructions by Lisa. She was very nice and professional. She held on to me as we made our way back to the waiting room where my devoted husband was waiting. By this time approximately 1100, the waiting room was full! It was an all around positive experience and I was very impressed by the high caliber of professionalism by the entire staff!

The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.
