Convenient, a good place to take a nap or take care of some work / business privately in between flights. There can be a wait due to limited suites available, with max time of 1 hr per check in. Staff at the front check-in, was professional and friendly. This is not a priority lounge therefore no drinks or snacks come with. There are beverage and snacks you can purchase at front. Do recommend @WineDinenVacay

Recently I had an obnoxiously long layover in BWI thanks to some interesting routing of SWA so I found myself with almost 6 hours to kill. If you're a priority pass member you're able to use the Minute Suites for 1 hour for free so I thought why not give it a shot since it's free. When you check in you need to provide a credit card in case you decide to stay longer or take a water from the mini fridge which is $2.00. The check-in process was pretty easy. My room was not immediately available but I only needed to wait about 10 minutes while I believe they cleaned it and prepared it for me. The room itself is nice. Very sterile feeling. Like a hospital or a doctors office. So while I enjoyed being away from the rat race of the airport and all of the crying babies, the suite itself wasn't the most charming of places. The space was very clean. It had a tv which I didn't use, charging ports a sofa that had a pull out if someone else was there and wanted to nap too. The pricing is $12 every 15 minutes for the first two hours or $48 an hour. Then it drops to $9.50 every 15 minutes. If you find yourself stuck overnight and it's after 9pm you can pay $175 for eight hours of sleep in the suite. I definitely feel like the suites can be beneficial during certain instances like being stuck/stranded at the airport due to weather or canceled flights, things like that. I love the priority pass benefit of the hour. Personally, even as a person who deems himself to be an introvert, $48 is a lot to spend for an hour away from people, but I get it. Sometimes you just need peace.

Had a great nap at the Minute Suites at Baltimore Airport. Minute Suites is located in Terminal 5, right before gate C5. It's $48 for the first hour, but if you have Priority Pass, which I did, the first hour is free! It was a really nice clean space, with a sofa/bed with a trundle, so two of us napped with ease. There is Wi-Fi, a TV and a charging station. There's a desk and chair if you need to work. There is also complimentary water. The young man working the front desk was awesome. Super polite and helpful. Most important of all, it's silent. I recommend this for a nice little rest on a day of travel.

Pretty neat place located in Washington International Airport (BWI). I happened to be passing through in early January of 2022 and saw Minute Suites on the Lounge Buddy app. I could get one hour free as a perk of my Priority Pass. I had a pretty long layover so I walked over to Terminal C and found Minute Suites near gate C3. While, admittedly, their hours aren't great (only open until 6pm when I was there), it was perfect for me and I was able to stay for about 45 minutes or so. Update: Hours appear to be extended to 9pm now - yay! The two gentlemen at check in were really friendly and professional. One of them showed me to my room. Now might be a good time to explain Minute Suites are basically short-term mini hotel/relaxation rooms. My room was one of the first rooms on the right after check in and had a large TV with Apple TV, a nice double pull out couch/daybed with a pillow, plenty of plugs, WiFi, Amazon Alexa, and controls to dim the lights, etc. Oh, and of course a work station (desk with comfortable chair) that I used to eat my dinner on. I didn't see a garbage in there but when my time was up, one of the guys that checked me in was kind to take my chicken wing bones, lol. A mini-bar with drinks and snacks is available in each room with items available for purchase. In addition to the room, Minute Suites also sell some common travel items from medicine to toiletries to airplane pillows. Apparently they also have restrooms with showers should you need one during your travels. This place really is neat and I hope they expand to have more locations in more airports as soon as possible. Minute Suites offers privacy, comfort, and convenience on layovers. Everything was really clean and like I said before, the staff was great! I never would have found this place if it weren't for Lounge Buddy and Priority Pass but I highly recommend it!

Fortunately, I was able to access the suite with my Priority Pass access for an hour. It was a nice place for one or maybe two people to relax, charge electronics, and stretch out. However, I would say it's not terribly quiet. All-in-all, much better than sitting at the gate.

Love this personal space vs the typical big lounge with the shared space. The only amenity in this case is the space, no snacks and bathrooms like the big lounges. I prefer some alone time over those though. Things were clean. If you have the time during your flight commute, it's like a brief retreat.

Employees just treat people like they're nuts for asking if there's any availability then head back to one of the suites to hang out.

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. They have a Grab & Go stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, some ice cream, and useful things.

We recently spent two nights at the end of February 2026 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront with…read moreour 6-year-old daughter and came away very impressed with the property. It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. There was a crayon on the floor, which gave me pause on the cleanliness, though other than that, the room seemed very clean. There is plenty of storage, but I can always appreciate more hooks. We utilized the spa, which was awesome, and appreciated the in-room dining. Our in-room dining server was extremely friendly and funny, which was nice, though our breakfast order was extremely delayed. At least it was good, which is more than I can say for the hotel's other offerings. The hotel restaurants, while elegant with fairly good service, provided food and libations that were mid, if I'm being generous. This was a celebratory stay, and nothing ruins that more than inferior food, which we experienced. Valets were friendly and funny, though they forgot to extend our parking, so we ended up with a ticket (which was adjudicated, but still, not something you expect from the Four Seasons). Overall, I do think this is an excellent hotel and I am definitely looking forward to returning, though I will absolutely be dining and drinking elsewhere.

I don't want to go here just for 1 season, I want to go here for Four Seasons!…read more My friend got me a gift card to the Four Seasons for my birthday to use for the amenities- spa, pool, etc. Instead of just using a day pass, I decided to optimize the gift card and do a solo staycation for an early birthday present to myself! I decided to go the weekend right before the pool closed. Yes I procrastinated a lot since I went in September, but luckily the weather was beyond beautiful! It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold! Because of this they extended the pool for one more week, but I'm glad I got to go when I did! I got into Baltimore a little earlier than check-in (2pm) and was hoping for early check-in. While my original room was ready, I had asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate me to a room with a balcony completely complimentary! I wish I remembered the concierges' name who helped me, but he was such a kind, sweet man! Honestly all the staff was so sweet, kind and hospitable! Since I got a room upgrade, I had to wait until 4pm. And what other way to wait besides sitting by the pool! They let me keep my luggage by the front desk until my room was ready. So I changed really quickly and made my way to the pool. I was able to get a chair right in front of the pool to be able to soak in the sun. I ordered the - Fed hill fling - 5/5 this cocktail was so yummy! I could just down it, but I decided not to drink too much before my massage! The cocktail names are so cute especially since I lived in Baltimore as well! I had a massage scheduled at 5:30pm and the only downside was that they didn't inform me that was room was ready. I had to check in around 4pm with the hostess at the pool. Luckily I was able to quickly go upstairs, change, and head my way back down to the spa to be able to enjoy the spa for a bit before my massage! My masseuse was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything! She respected what I wanted to get massaged and what I opted out for. The experience was truly relaxing and I was so bummed I didn't have a lot of time to experience the spa. But I wasn't too worried since the spa is open year round, unlike the pool. I made my way back to the pool for the perfect golden hour sunset! This time I was by the hot tub and I seriously did not want to get out! I ordered 2 of the same drinks- The blossom spritz 4/5- I'm coming to realize I'm not really a spritz girl, but it was seriously the perfect night cap. I headed back to my room and decided to order room service instead of heading downstairs to Maximon. I got- Caesar salad 5/5 - this was probably the best dish I ordered Fries 4/5 - your typical fries Mac n cheese 2/5 - I ordered from the kids' menu because I have a small appetite, but I'm not sure if this was Mac n cheese or just buttered noodles. There was no cheese! I also ordered room service for breakfast- Just egg scramble 3/5 - it was okay.. I suggested to add cheese, but I guess they forgot. And I'm not sure why she added a grilled tomato, but it was actually good! Iced coffee 5/5 - okay yeah this coffee hit the spot after the amount of cocktails I had and I definitely needed a jolt so I could survive the day! I really liked that they had all the amenities you need at the pool- cucumber water, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc. Although the sunscreen did leave a white cast on my skin. Overall my experience at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable that I'm already thinking about visiting again! If it wasn't for my gift card, I probably wouldn't have gone, but I'm so happy I did! Not to mention, Adam Sandler was also staying there and I was able to get a glimpse of him when he walked by the pool!
