We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons. Staff and service were exceptional. Our room was great. It overlooked the harbor, so the view was lovely. Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. There was a crayon on the floor, which gave me pause on the cleanliness, though other than that, the room seemed very clean. There is plenty of storage, but I can always appreciate more hooks. We utilized the spa, which was awesome, and appreciated the in-room dining. Our in-room dining server was extremely friendly and funny, which was nice, though our breakfast order was extremely delayed. At least it was good, which is more than I can say for the hotel's other offerings. The hotel restaurants, while elegant with fairly good service, provided food and libations that were mid, if I'm being generous. This was a celebratory stay, and nothing ruins that more than inferior food, which we experienced. Valets were friendly and funny, though they forgot to extend our parking, so we ended up with a ticket (which was adjudicated, but still, not something you expect from the Four Seasons). Overall, I do think this is an excellent hotel and I am definitely looking forward to returning, though I will absolutely be dining and drinking elsewhere. read more

I don't want to go here just for 1 season, I want to go here for Four Seasons! My friend got me a gift card to the Four Seasons for my birthday to use for the amenities- spa, pool, etc. Instead of just using a day pass, I decided to optimize the gift card and do a solo staycation for an early birthday present to myself! I decided to go the weekend right before the pool closed. Yes I procrastinated a lot since I went in September, but luckily the weather was beyond beautiful! It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold! Because of this they extended the pool for one more week, but I'm glad I got to go when I did! I got into Baltimore a little earlier than check-in (2pm) and was hoping for early check-in. While my original room was ready, I had asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate me to a room with a balcony completely complimentary! I wish I remembered the concierges' name who helped me, but he was such a kind, sweet man! Honestly all the staff was so sweet, kind and hospitable! Since I got a room upgrade, I had to wait until 4pm. And what other way to wait besides sitting by the pool! They let me keep my luggage by the front desk until my room was ready. So I changed really quickly and made my way to the pool. I was able to get a chair right in front of the pool to be able to soak in the sun. I ordered the - Fed hill fling - 5/5 this cocktail was so yummy! I could just down it, but I decided not to drink too much before my massage! The cocktail names are so cute especially since I lived in Baltimore as well! I had a massage scheduled at 5:30pm and the only downside was that they didn't inform me that was room was ready. I had to check in around 4pm with the hostess at the pool. Luckily I was able to quickly go upstairs, change, and head my way back down to the spa to be able to enjoy the spa for a bit before my massage! My masseuse was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything! She respected what I wanted to get massaged and what I opted out for. The experience was truly relaxing and I was so bummed I didn't have a lot of time to experience the spa. But I wasn't too worried since the spa is open year round, unlike the pool. I made my way back to the pool for the perfect golden hour sunset! This time I was by the hot tub and I seriously did not want to get out! I ordered 2 of the same drinks- The blossom spritz 4/5- I'm coming to realize I'm not really a spritz girl, but it was seriously the perfect night cap. I headed back to my room and decided to order room service instead of heading downstairs to Maximon. I got- Caesar salad 5/5 - this was probably the best dish I ordered Fries 4/5 - your typical fries Mac n cheese 2/5 - I ordered from the kids' menu because I have a small appetite, but I'm not sure if this was Mac n cheese or just buttered noodles. There was no cheese! I also ordered room service for breakfast- Just egg scramble 3/5 - it was okay.. I suggested to add cheese, but I guess they forgot. And I'm not sure why she added a grilled tomato, but it was actually good! Iced coffee 5/5 - okay yeah this coffee hit the spot after the amount of cocktails I had and I definitely needed a jolt so I could survive the day! I really liked that they had all the amenities you need at the pool- cucumber water, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc. Although the sunscreen did leave a white cast on my skin. Overall my experience at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable that I'm already thinking about visiting again! If it wasn't for my gift card, I probably wouldn't have gone, but I'm so happy I did! This review is specifically for their Winter Village dining experience--which was FANTASTIC! Some of the best cooking we've experienced in Baltimore, and their ability to host a large group was great. The privacy of the cabins was perfect for a special occasion of celebrating Christmas with a group of 8 adults and two babies. From the fondue to the 4 course menu, our group was greatly impressed and loved every bite. The only downside was that they were out of the cheapest bottle of red wine and there were pretty significant upcharges to get a different bottle. But if you're looking for a special occasion experience sparing no expense, this is absolutely a must-do for Christmas time. read more

Amazing experience at the Four Seasons! I took my wife to the Winter Village Dining experience as an early Christmas gift. The hotel was beautifully appointed in holiday decorations. We were quicky shown the way to the Winter Village and immediately greeted with warmth and escorted to our personal cabin. The cabin was clean and decorated nicely. Christmas is the season and the theme of a winter village was done well. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and although the menu was prix fix the had suggestions on the offerings. We had a slight hiccup after we were seated as the wait staff didn't immediately come to our table and we had to alert the hostess that we hadn't yet received any service. Once that was cleared up I thought things ran pretty smoothly. Our food was excellent! We both had squash soup as our first course, scallops as our second, steak, potatoes and brussel sprouts as our third and a panna cotta as dessert. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had, but I won't likey try the panna cotta again. I had the winter rose mocktail and my wife mid-winter mule cocktail. We enjoyed both. Our waitress was able to respond quickly to any requests that we had. They provide a small speaker to link to your phone for dinner music, which is a nice touch! All in all we enjoyed ourselves. My husband and I spent a lovely night here for the recent Stevie Nick's show this past weekend. The hotel is lovely, easy to find, and has self-parking for $25 daily which is nice bc valet is usually SO much more expensive and not worth it if you don't plan to in-and-out a few times which we did not. I booked with my travel agent's preferred partner program so was upgraded upon check-in, our room was ready around noon, and it was a gorgeous corner suite with wall-ceiling windows. We loved it. It was quiet and a warm and inviting haven with beautiful views in each room. Additionally, we had a breakfast and resort credit (with tons of restrictions which I've never seen and couldn't be used at the restaurants.... weird). We did not get to try Bygone bc we were so short on time - but the rooftop bar is certainly very popular but we did have breakfast at Maximon before departure and the avocado toast and yogurt parfait were delicious! It's in a great location right on the water - with waterfront views - a gorgeous expansive pool overlooking the water from the 4th floor, a lovely spa, and easy parking, as mentioned. Easily walkable to tons of shopping, dining, and things to do. Spent 4th of July here. What can I say. The location is old and dated. Very hard to get access to the pool. Ate at the pool cafe and didn't have enough chairs for each table. Crazy. Got stuck in the elevator with others. Was 30 minutes before the fire department was able to get us out. No occupancy limit notice in the elevator. Just seemed that for the price things should have been better. Very disappointing. read more

We did not try the restaurant in the hotel, however , I have tried it at another hotel, and the food and vibe was amazing. The views are also 10/10. We will surely go again. read more

This Four Seasons boasts two trendy restaurants with great food: Maximon and the Bygone. Visit Maximon if you're looking for upscale Latin dishes with live music. The Bygone is more so a steakhouse with fresh seafood options; a lounge-y/social scene is on the other side of the restaurant with great views of the inner harbor. No complaints here. read more

The pool had dirt and slime in the pool bottom visible from our bay front room on the ninth floor. Our room was dirty with large spots on furniture and floor badly scuffed ? The Four Seasons brand has stood the test of time for good reason: superb customer service. The first time I came to the spa within the Four Seasons Baltimore was about three or four years ago and I've made a point to return almost every year since. Why do I keep coming back? The staff here is incredible. From the valet, to the doorman, to the receptionist, to the pool staff. Everyone is kind and accommodating. No ask is too big for them. During my last visit to the spa, I was given a complimentary 3 hour pool pass (something they were doing for select spa treatments since their indoor jacuzzi is being renovated). The pool was a great temperature, the view was gorgeous despite it being a cloudy day, and the food was great too! The staff will walk you to your pool chair of choice and set it up for you with a few towels and enough side tables so your purse isn't sitting on the ground - nice touch :) I got a turkey wrap that was surprisingly good. It had some kind of sundried tomato jam spread on it that was delicious. It was just what I needed before I headed into my treatment. The prices are steep but it's the Four Seasons, what do you expect? I could've laid there all day just taking it all in. I think I might always be a fan of the Four Seasons! read more

Me and my husband stood at this hotel last weekend. We were in town for a wedding. I didn't know this side of Baltimore. As soon as we checked in, we got upgraded to a higher floor and room with a balcony. The hotel is by the water. And there are many restaurants and stores just walking distance in this area. We had a great stay at this hotel. The first night went well. But the second night, there was a lot of noise and we think it was coming from the people in the room next door to us or down the hall. We made a few calls to the front desk and my husband also went down to complain. And the next day when we were checking out we made the same complaint. We spoke to the hotel manager who apologized and said he would make sure we didn't have to pay for that night since we weren't able to sleep. And we were grateful for that. Chances are very low that I'll actually ever stay at the Four Seasons, and it's unlikely I'll pursue any spa care there. I'm usually passing through this hotel omw to other events or restaurants in Harbor East. But I do give this hotel their flowers for having a really nice (and spacious) ladies bathroom just off the lobby. This bathroom is fairly clean and has excellent lighting. Nice spot to hang out a while if you need to. Kudos for that. read more

We attended a wedding here, and the event spaces and views were beautiful. The wedding was very large but the event rooms were able to accommodate everyone without feeling cramped at all and allowing multiple areas for guests to dance, eat, and talk. Wish I had taken photos. I was invited to a wedding there this past weekend, and I was very impressed by all the staff so much that I wanted to write a review regardless. The parking was crazy expensive though. $25 for a couple of hours. The lobby was beautiful and pristine, the counter staff was pleasant and courteous. The wedding hall overlooked the Harbor with the iconic Domino's sign to the left. But they serving staff!! Wow. They had the best serving staff I've ever experienced all these years of going to weddings and events. Attentive. Courteous. Friendly (not one sour faced staff member). Very professionally. The last time at the For Seasons in Vancouver, I was impressed by the beautiful interior, but great staff trumps everything else in my opinion. Great job, Four Seasons Baltimore! read more

Had a conference here so i can only review the conference rooms and breakfast, lunch and dinner that was served. Food was just okay in general. Not too delicious but filled the hunger void ;) We did have an open bar for dinner and that was all amazing! The conference room view were good. Stayed here for a night on Valentines Day weekend. Before checking in the concierge had reached out to me days in advance going over hotel information and informing me of the options at my disposal. I was able to secure both an early check in and late check out through communication with the Concierge. On arrival I was assisted with my bags, my car was Valet parked and I was directed to the check-in desk. The woman at the front desk with both pleasant and friendly and provided me with a key to my lovely harbor view room on the seventh floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was incomparable in comfort and I thought my bed at home was nice. I found myself attempting to google the type of mattress and pillows used by the hotel on arrival home. The hotel location was ideal as it was a short ride to many of the frequented areas in the city. Checking out of the hotel was just as easy. Unfortunately I was too busy to enjoy many of the amenities the hotel had to offer including pool and spa. read more

We had always wanted to stay at this hotel, so my friends and I used the incentive of our 50th birthdays to finally book there and mark this off our bucket lists. It's a beautiful hotel in an A+ location, and the pool and the fabulous pool staff are a huge draw. Pooshan, Eray, and Buffie made me and my friends feel like the best guests who ever stayed there. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM -- and all their colleagues, too. The pool is gorgeous, the food is great, service by Pooshan is top shelf, and the drinks by Eray are fabulous. Prices are like Vegas prices. Just pay them and enjoy the time there. Carpe diem. (We visited in May, and we understand that later in the pool season seats require some kind of time slot booking. There isn't a whole lot of seating so I could see the seats filling up fast.) The hotel location is great, walkable to lots of fun places to shop, drink, and eat. Usually we try to go to the Four Seasons spa when in Baltimore, but this time we took a pass because all the "heat experience" stuff (sauna, whirlpool, steam room) were closed due to Covid. It's hard to justify a few hundred dollars for a spa visit when you don't get the full experience. I know it may seem petty, but we were disappointed that the hotel never did anything special in our room to acknowledge our celebration, like send champagne or a special dessert to the room. Every time I celebrate something really special at other top-tier hotels like the Ritz, they do a lot to make to me feel like a rock star when I'm there for the big celebrations. So no rock star treatment in your room at the Four Seasons. Boo. But you might feel pretty VIP at the pool if you get the pleasure of having Pooshan, Eray, and Buffie working with you. read more

You know, I don't mind splurging and spending money on myself now and then. You need a little luxury sometime. So, I did not think much of paying a lot to stay at the 4 Seasons in Baltimore while we were attending a dear friends' son's wedding. It was worth it, I thought. It is also the Christmas season, so - what the heck - give myself a little present too. We have stayed here before during another of our "splurges." We know that the building is impressive. The decoration is all 1st class, fancy even. Beautiful high gloss woods, supple rich leathers, granite tiles - and on and on. Yes, there is no denying that the decoration and atmosphere of this place is fine. However, there is something about the service at the 4 Seasons Baltimore. It is spotty at best. A few people, most of the people at the reception desk, are very good. Polished, articulate and friendly. But everyone else is really not. I guess life in 2022 has taught me to accept less than I think I deserve. I normally do not complain too much about poor service. I always say that I will "vote" with my pocketbook and simply NOT patronize a shoddy business a second time. But, when I pay as much as I paid here, I deserve more. The 4 Seasons should be above reproach. Truth is, it is NOT. I will no longer stay at the 4 Seasons. I will find other nice places next time I want to splurge on myself. And, believe me, there plenty of those other places around! read more

Sleek, sophisticated, contemporary, elegant property. This place is beautiful!! Amazing outdoor pool area, great spa, very friendly and attentive team of professionals going above and beyond to give you a great stay. This is a family friendly property with spacious rooms and suites that have amazing views of the water and city scape. I do have a few complaints , the restaurant on the property in the lobby is always so crowded and difficult to get in, most of the patrons are not staying at the hotel though, it would be nice if hotel guests were given priority for reservations. Also would be nice to see more options on the room service menu. Still giving it 5 stars as it is a star hotel even with those few "suggestions" I'm still coming back for life .. way to go Baltimore Four Seasons you guys are my favorite!' read more

Fantastic stay during covid-19. We wanted to squeeze in a safe staycation and brought our daughter along. From check in, our temps were taken and we were provided little covid packs with a face mask and sanitizer wipe. Also, we booked a package for kids and the room had a cute tent with pretend fireplace set up, along with other child amenities like a bath mat, spout whale, stool, etc. all of those items were squeaky clean. Also had bubble bath and children's soap. Finally, our package included unlimited movie rentals. We experienced technical issues at one point during the afternoon/night for our movies, but was eventually resolved. It took them quite some time to fix it, and while they first said resolved, it wasn't. Later on it fixed itself. Bathroom remote also was broken and didn't let me change channels. The pool was very clean, however felt crowded. Even though you had to reserve a time, I was still surprised by how crowded it was. Beware of any windy forecasts; umbrellas can't be opened then which makes the sun very harsh. Finally, room service breakfast was very speedy and tasty. read more

Hi there I had Brunch at the Bygone at the Four seasons hotel and I love the options. There was honestly something for everyone. Seafood and meat choices and a wonder omelette bar and waffle bar. The desert table was very well put together. I wish they offered bottomless mimosas, but buying a bottle of champagne will accomplish the same goal. They were very accommodating for large parties you just have to call and have a card for the hold, keep in mind they will charge for no shows so I suggest if you aren't paying to collect in advance. I will definitely be back! They also have a great balcony with views of the city read more

The features are all pretty old... for example the TV in the bathroom doesn't really work... but the tub was still big and roomy and nice got a nice bath after a tiring day. This review is for the spa. I went on Monday to take advantage of the pool time and to celebrate my engagement. Even though they were very busy the front desk was very attentive and helpful. My therapist India was great and ensured I left relax. After my 80 minute signature massage and steam room visit, we enjoyed a nice lunch poolside. This is a beautiful hotel that sits on the waterfront along Inner Harbor. Within, sits a spa and an upscale lounge. For an inside look into those places, check out my other reviews. The ambient here is amazing. The staff here is super nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The experience matches the price, and so do the people here. Most folks here were dressed to the nines, which reminded me of Encore in Vegas. Most definitely my type of place. I came here a few times while staying in Baltimore. This is a highlight of the city, and I recommend staying here if you travel to this part of the US. read more

At this price and reputation, I expect everything to be above and beyond. It was very nice, but not at that standard. First a great location. Also, the staff is super nice and super helpful, but they clearly were overwhelmed by the very busy hotel which seemed to have several weddings and a crowd for an NFL game (including the Broadcast staff). Way too few elevators for that size hotel. Excellent gym and I am told very nice spa. The rooms are nice, but a bit tight on space and not really all that comfortable to hang out in. Poor lighting, especially in the closet area and bathroom--a little hard for a woman to put on makeup. Also the one upholstered chair was a little beat up with clearly different wear on the fabric of seat and ottoman. While the sheets were clearly cleaned, one had a noticeable stain that had not come out in the wash. I think they need to beef up staffing and sweat the smallest stuff. I noticed a used soda bottle sitting on a credenza by the elevator at 7 in the morning, that was still there at 11:45 am when I left. Parking/checkin very helpful but gets overwhelmed in the tight area as many people arrive or leave. You have to be patient. One of the party guests I talked to told me they ran out of coffee cups and then, after bringing paper cups to the elegant party, they ran out of coffee. All in all a nice hotel, but I expected a little more. read more

The four seasons Baltimore is the highest end hotel in Fells Point. Thus you are surrounded by a certain level of clientele, resulting in decent but somewhat pretentious service. The grounds and rooms are stunning. This location is new and the design is flawless. The spa is gorgeous and my favorite in Baltimore with experience showers, lounging jacuzzis, and heated seats. My actual service (massage) was not too impressive. The restaurants here are hit or miss. Wit and wisdom is overpriced with mediocre food and mediocre service despite having a great chef. Azumi was delicious with several fish overnight shipped from Japan and great service. read more
