Service always on time, impeccable quality and with a great smile. I have only a few times requested some tailoring needs (stitching blue jeans & fitting sports shirts). As always: consistent quality all through! I will recommend this business to any and all! To some potential clients complaining about service costs, I will say: show me any business where (over the past 3 years of the pandemic and overall "living expenses", etc) prices have not increased! Look at neighbouring Safeway also Dollarama! For me, pricing at this location is reasonable and acceptable. George Plachcinski (retired senior)

It's a little-known fact that they also do alterations in their costs are very competitive with local tailor's. To hem a pair jeans is only $10 and to use original him is only $17. They also do a great wash & press of dress shirts which I believe are now only $2.39, and obviously they do all other types of dry cleaning quilts wedding dresses etc. With cleaning places you want to make sure that you get great prices but also great service. I have a lot of expensive clothes and they have never ever made a mistake or ruined anything. Also comparing their prices are very reasonable prices for their cleaning. This place is highly recommended and I also referred all of my other business associates here. The other thing is that they go over and above to make the customer happy. I remember running in once having a ripped pair pants and they fixed it for me on the spot I also took my dad here when he lost a button and they fixed it on the spot as well. They're always willing to go the extra mile.

I was very satisfied with the service and always said I wanted my pants to be touching the floor without shoes on....every time! I don't know her name but i went in enough that she recognized me. I had taken in a pair of black linen pants and went through the whole scenario of trying them on, have them touch the floor without shoes and then I just picked them up a few days later. I didn't try them on right away because I've never had a problem. I took them with me on a trip a couple of weeks later. When I put them on, they were a solid inch and a half too short. I can't wear them. I took them back in to see if maybe she could let the hem down but it didn't look like enough fabric was left. She said 3/4 of an inch was all she could do But I would have to pay, Again!! I got pressed about having a receipt. I had taken another pair of pants with me that day that needed to be hemmed. I thought maybe she would even offer to do those for free for compensation, but the only solution was for me to pay for her to fix what she did wrong in the first place. Needless to say, I didn't leave my other pair of pants and found a new Tailor.

I brought in a shirt that had a couple of stains. Not only did they fail to remove the stains, but…read morethey ruined the shirt by leaving a large run down the front. When I pointed it out, they refused to accept responsibility. The employee even told me at pickup, "this sometimes happens in the machines with delicate material." However, when I returned to show them the damage, she denied saying that and blamed me instead, claiming I hand-washed the shirt myself, which I did and I got the stains out myself. But I never left a run in the shirt by handwashing, they did it and even admitted it. I wish I would have recorded her. To make matters worse, she made an inappropriate comment implying I was afraid of my daughter being upset. I never said anything like that, I said she will not be happy with the big run in the shirt as she is very picky about her expensive Aritzia clothing! This comment was a completely uncalled-for and insulting assumption. What shocked me most was how unprofessional it was to overhear her talking to another customer about me, saying, "this is the customer I was telling you about." That kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customer privacy. This business used to be reliable and professional under the previous owner. Since the new ownership took over, the quality of service and customer care has drastically declined. The prices have significantly gone up as well. I've since started going to a different dry cleaner in Ellerslie, the difference is night and day. They treat their customers with professionalism and respect. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place unless you want your clothes damaged, not cleaned and to be blamed for it afterward. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
