Anyway, I've never had a problem here whatsoever. They aren't all warm and fuzzy, but I'm paying for competence, not smiles, and competent they assuredly are. They got out decade old blood stains out of a ball hockey jersey and have an average turnaround of 2-3 days, even during the holidays and wedding season. I can't recommend them enough. When we move, we will most certainly still be taking our clothes in here for dry cleaning and alterations.

I brought in one of my favourite pants which I hadn't worn in a year because I needed to get it in hemmed and she did an excellent job. The store is located just off 91st near Ellerslie it'll strip mall so there's lots of free parking. No complaints there! In fact, no complaints anywhere- this is a place I will be going back to next time I need anything fixed and considering I'm height challenged it will be soon!

Victoria was quick with her responses (text, available by phone as well) and provided all of the details needed. Dropped my items off at lunch and she suggested adding darts to the back of the shirts rather than taking these in as this was cheaper and accomplished the same thing. At the time - Victoria quoted 3 days for the job, but I was able to pick them up this afternoon! Tried everything on and it was just as I wanted it to be! Summary: professional service, excellent communication, quick turnaround (workload contingent, of course), end product as desired - all at a very competitive price point.
