They happen to be in on their day off during one instance when I was there & provided change without any issue (even though I could have used the change machine). I appreciate that they are open until 1am with tons of cameras & police patrol for peace of mind even though I haven't had any issues with any other customers while at this strip mall late at night when staff is not there. The change machine did not accept all the bills I had input to get coins (twice), one washer ate two loonies & not all dryers that I've tried so far are super hot. The place has always been clean when I'm there, has a sink for washing your hands & tons of machine options too. Note: washroom is locked when staff are not onsite. I will continue to utilize their facility.

I brought in one of my favourite pants which I hadn't worn in a year because I needed to get it in hemmed and she did an excellent job. She was also very respectful of the restrictions, which I appreciated. In addition, she was selling some great handmade masks - she's a tailor after all- so how can you go wrong? The store is located just off 91st near Ellerslie it'll strip mall so there's lots of free parking. No complaints there! In fact, no complaints anywhere- this is a place I will be going back to next time I need anything fixed and considering I'm height challenged it will be soon!

Staff is friendly and most prices are reasonable. Have generally been very satisfied. I don't recommend taking comforters or duvets in, though. They charged me $50 to ruin my king size duvet. It shrank a lot and is no longer usable on a king sized bed. They didn't even apologize! I thought the whole point of going to a dry cleaners was to take care of fine items that can't be just thrown into the washer. Disappointing. But, there have never been any problems with shirts or pants or more common items.

I was very satisfied with the service and always said I wanted my pants to be touching the floor without shoes on....every time! I don't know her name but i went in enough that she recognized me. I had taken in a pair of black linen pants and went through the whole scenario of trying them on, have them touch the floor without shoes and then I just picked them up a few days later. I didn't try them on right away because I've never had a problem. I took them with me on a trip a couple of weeks later. When I put them on, they were a solid inch and a half too short. I can't wear them. I took them back in to see if maybe she could let the hem down but it didn't look like enough fabric was left. She said 3/4 of an inch was all she could do But I would have to pay, Again!! I got pressed about having a receipt. I had taken another pair of pants with me that day that needed to be hemmed. I thought maybe she would even offer to do those for free for compensation, but the only solution was for me to pay for her to fix what she did wrong in the first place. Needless to say, I didn't leave my other pair of pants and found a new Tailor.
