When I brought this to their attention they immediately refused to take any accountability and tried to shift the blame. God was even brought up as a reason they claimed it was not them who damaged the shirt because they "believed in God and wouldn't lie about the damage". The simple fact is when I dropped this shirt off to get dry cleaned their was no stains on it at all, when I picked up the shirt the damage was obvious. I was very disappointed I had to argue with them because their refusal in taking accountability. After further arguing she stated she would try and clean it again to remove the sticky stain that was there. When I returned to pick it up the sticky stain was gone but the colour of the shirt had been so washed out and faded it looked like a raggedy old shirt :( She then offered me a 50$ credit. 50$ credit for a 350$ shirt is unacceptable. The customer serve here is terrible. It's very clear that if they damage something they will not take any accountability for it, they will prefer to argue instead, somehow bringing God into the argument. Such a horrible experience. I've never had this happen to me before with any dry cleaning service. One place lost my item and immediately showed remorse and reimbursed me for that item.. there was zero accountability here and or sufficient reimbursement. I will NOT be returning to use the insulting 50$ credit. I do NOT recommend bringing designer or valuable clothing items here !

He took the extra effort to take it off the hanger and just throw it like garbage. What is the point of taking your clothes here - your clothes and you will not be treated with respect.
