It was not taken in properly. The seams are not on the side but instead on back part of the dress. The pattern on the dress now does not match on any of the seams. The zipper was suppose to be on the side but instead they put in on the back. I expected a professional job as they do advertise dress restyling, but got my $400 dress handed back to me in a plastic shopping back.

I just picked them up today and tried them on right there figuring the jeans would be hemmed too short. I couldn't believe it. Not only did they use the original hem but they were EXACTLY where I wanted the hem to be. THRILLED with this tailor shop!! I will now take in all my other jeans that are waiting to be hemmed. The tailor saw right away what was wrong with the zipper and had a plan in place how to fix the problem. He indicated that the zipper needed to be stronger, wider and of a better quality. He suggested having a much better single zipper and for the zipper to not extend to the bottom of the parka. I readily agreed with him that this would be a perfect plan. Fabric would be put in place at the bottom. It also already had snaps. I brought it in on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday. I was ever so very happy with my parka and truly wonderful new zipper (YKK - great quality)!!! It works perfectly now and I have no difficulties with it! I have in the past brought items into the shop and have always been totally satisified with the service and reasonable costs!!! Do bring your tailoring needs here and of course drycleaning!
