She did an ok job on a jacket for me but when I picked it up I suspected it was overpriced. When I recently took a dress to her I left with the same feeling. I went back and picked up the dress the next day and told her I wanted to get another quote! Boy, am I glad I did... While Martha's unpinned the dress she mumbled to her self then told me as I was leaving "what a waste of time" it was. I drove a little further into Edmonton dress in hand and found out she was in fact WAY over priced. I ended up getting two dresses and a pair of jeans done for HALF of what Martha's charged! They were done a day earlier AND most importantly, they look fabulous! It's sad that I will have to drive past a local service for better customer service and pricing. read more

Martha is AMAZING!! I can't count the number of times that I've come in with an "emergency", and she is always able to squeeze me in and do a FANTASTIC job. Her rates are very reasonable - especially considering how skilled she is - and she is always so friendly and personable. I've been going to Martha for years, ever since she opened up her shop. It's always so clean and tidy and she works so quickly. Her rates are extremely reasonable considering all the experience she has. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to make sure that my clothes are altered right. She's helped me make some of my clothes last years longer just with a quick mend or an alteration to make up for my changing size because of having 3 kids. read more

My employer has us take our uniforms here and the service is so good, I now take my own stuff to her. Considering how many uniforms recently had to be "changed" she got everyone's done in record time. She is always friendly and does a super job. Would (and do) recommend her to anyone!!! read more
