I noticed after pick up the next day, that there was a patch of stiffness I understood to be soap residue. I asked them to wash it again. They did it 2 more times and the spot was better, but still there. Staff consulted with a dry cleaner who recommended dry cleaning in the future. No kidding. I was only charged for the first wash. I appreciated the efforts to get my blankie clean. They sell snacks and have about 10 parking spots.

I tried calling them, but it went to a generic voicemail where they did not bother to record the name of their business, never mind an actual greeting. A man called me back and said he was returning my call. I never left a message, so he got my # from his call display. He asked my name, and when I provided it, he said he saw my review. I told him I would remove it, but that was until he said something like I only called today and left the review. I pointed out that actually I filled out the contact form on the website and received an email saying that I would be contacted in 48 hours and it has actually been 5 days hence why I left the review. Don't try to downplay that you did not contact me within the time frame you provided. If they had just addressed my concern, I would have removed my review.

I think their English may not be that good but they can communicate. They turned a man away with work coveralls because it smelled of oil - he was not happy but they have clear rules about this and given that the machines are shared it makes sense. The laundromat is tidy and machines are cleaned after each use.
