They did it 2 more times and the spot was better, but still there. Staff consulted with a dry cleaner who recommended dry cleaning in the future. No kidding. I was only charged for the first wash. I appreciated the efforts to get my blankie clean. They sell snacks and have about 10 parking spots.

It was not taken in properly. The seams are not on the side but instead on back part of the dress. The pattern on the dress now does not match on any of the seams. They turned a man away with work coveralls because it smelled of oil - he was not happy but they have clear rules about this and given that the machines are shared it makes sense.
