I noticed after pick up the next day, that there was a patch of stiffness I understood to be soap residue. I asked them to wash it again. They did it 2 more times and the spot was better, but still there. Staff consulted with a dry cleaner who recommended dry cleaning in the future. No kidding. I was only charged for the first wash. I appreciated the efforts to get my blankie clean. They sell snacks and have about 10 parking spots.

It was not taken in properly. The seams are not on the side but instead on back part of the dress. The pattern on the dress now does not match on any of the seams. The zipper was suppose to be on the side but instead they put in on the back.
