The first time, they returned a comforter with mildew stains still on it. The second time, they returned a velvet quilt visibly altered, with pilling, a rough texture, and a clear change in colour. Even after acknowledging the issue, they refused to take responsibility, relied on fine print, and were defensive rather than apologetic. The quilt had great sentimental value to me. They may be fine for basic items like shirts, but do not trust them with anything of value -- there is no quality control and no accountability. After waiting nearly ten minutes for someone to come out of the back finally i was greeted by a young lady that did not speak English very well. Regardless I asked if the lady could just measure the waist and let the tailor know how much to take out (very simply remove about 1/2 inch) Fast forward to a week and a half later when it was finally ready.. I pick up my suit and go directly home and try it on. The pants are about an 1 1/2 inches LARGER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Regardless of it being measured they ended up somehow taking the waist OUT rather than IN When i returned about 15 minutes later asking for my money back.. The guy tries to tell me that i did not get any adjustments done to the pants even though i had a receipt for all of the work.
