So far I am not impressed, it was a 100% silk shirt and one of my favourites. I only wore that shirt a few times :( The owner has not contacted me . UPDATE they said they are going to pay me a very small fraction of what my shirt is worth after they were the ones who lost my shirt ! How tacky ! UPDATE 3 it's been almost seven weeks and I have yet to receive ANY compensation for my shirt they lost . They have given me zero . The manager at the store said she is only a " middle man" she said she'd get another manager to call ( two weeks later still no one has called) UPDATE 4they finally paid me some of the value back but it was only after months and it was a huge hassle and they fought me on it every step of the way. Paramount Cleaners in Crestwood, Edmonton lost 3 garments that we left for cleaning and have failed…read moreto address the problem. I have done a considerable amount of business with Paramount Cleaners. I have regularly taken commercial kitchen smocks to be laundered there. In September, 2018 I dropped off 12, at once, to be cleaned, but only 9 were returned to us (which we paid for) and weeks later the remaining 3 are still lost. I went twice to resolve the concern in person. No one called me back after my initial complaint. The clerk initially, confirmed that, according to their information, 12 items had been dropped off and 9 had been picked up. A week later, she provided conflicting information that we had in fact been given 3 clean ones for free, (not true). The clerk, Faye was rude, raising her voice. She refused to give me the name and contact information of the owner so I could follow up. Soon after that, and more than a week after my initial complaint, I received a phone call from the same clerk saying the plant couldn't find them. This was surprising given that she told me we already had them. The net result is that our cleaning was lost; we were given conflicting information about what happened to it, which seemed aimed at misleading us; we were dealt with rudely; we have not been compensated. Paramount Cleaners has provided shoddy service!

It's a little-known fact that they also do alterations in their costs are very competitive with local tailor's. To hem a pair jeans is only $10 and to use original him is only $17. They also do a great wash & press of dress shirts which I believe are now only $2.39, and obviously they do all other types of dry cleaning quilts wedding dresses etc. With cleaning places you want to make sure that you get great prices but also great service. I have a lot of expensive clothes and they have never ever made a mistake or ruined anything. Also comparing their prices are very reasonable prices for their cleaning. This place is highly recommended and I also referred all of my other business associates here. The other thing is that they go over and above to make the customer happy. I remember running in once having a ripped pair pants and they fixed it for me on the spot I also took my dad here when he lost a button and they fixed it on the spot as well. They're always willing to go the extra mile.
