What's even worse is they still charged me for the cleaning.. my brand new gucci bag had gotten a small spot on the bag from being stepped on by accident, i called a variety of professional cleaners throughout edmonton asking if they are able to clean the bag, explaining its a very expensive bag.. majority of the cleaners refused to take the bag in, I then came across " Fresh Dry Cleaners" on google. i read some reviews they seemed trustworthy based on what others had said about them in the reviews.. i called them explained the whole situation, they said yes we can clean it bring it down. i brought it down that afternoon, i talked to the man working the front desk, asking him the cleaning process as i didnt want my brand new bag getting ruined from the cleaning.. he explained they will carefully hand clean the bag ensuring i have nothing to worry about, I returned after a week to pick up my bag, the same man was at the front desk he hands me my bag inside of a blue plastic bag, he then charges me for the cleaning. after i pay i take the duffle bag out of the blue bag they wrapped it in to look at the cleaning, i was heartbroken.. the bag was completely DESTROYED.. literally falling apart.. all the leather on the bag handles, straps, ect were extremely hard shriveled up and dried out, felt crusty.. all the piping on the bag was falling apart.. i expressed my concerns to the man..he first stated that is how the bag was when i dropped it off.. i called him on his lies showing him videos of the bag right before i dropped off the bag, he then changes it to well where did you purchase the bag, stating he did not believe the bag was authentic.. after proving the bag was authentic he said ok leave it here with me i will have my son " the owner of the store" call you.. 2 days later his son calls me stating they are going to take the bag to gucci to see if they would be able to repair the bag. 2 weeks after they dropped the bag off at gucci i heard back from gucci stating they were unsure if the bag is repairable they were needing to send the bag away to new jersey and that it would take up to 2 months to receive the bag back, on top of that they stated even in the slim chance the bag is repairable it will never be brought back to its original condition prior to the cleaning.. i told them don't bother wasting your time sending it out as i'm not waiting 2 months for it to "possibly" be repaired.. i then contacted the dry cleaners again he then told me he will have his son call me yet once again.. 5 days later his son calls.. i explain the situation and what gucci has expressed to me, the son stated he will talk to his dad about replacing the bag.. 2 weeks go by havent heard anything back, so i call again the dad says again i will have my son call you, 4 days goes by, the son calls me.. basically have the exact same conversation we had prior he said he will contact gucci and see what they have to say.. he says i will talk to my dad.. again another week goes by, call them again the same thing 3 days later the son calls me and says gucci told me the bag can be repaired, i asked him where he heard that as prior to the phone call i contacted the gucci employee assigned to the case she told me she hadn't heard from the dry cleaners in over 3 weeks.. the son tells me he spoke to his friend who works at gucci, i told him he needs to contact the employee assigned to the case, the son says ok i'll contact her and call you back.. another week goes by i contact the gucci employee.. she stated she still has not heard from the dry cleaners.. so i then yet again call the dad he says i'll have my son contact you, they are continuing to this day to give me a huge run around refusing to do what's right and replace the bag.. they continue to just try and delay it and brush it under the mat.. the son and the dad are complete cowards

And I said your husband said 20 For everything. She called me a liar and I tried explaining if I said no to 15 dollars for dry cleaning why would I be okay with 12 dollars and just a regular wash. I'd rather pay 3 dollars more and get it dry cleaned. She didn't care and Well I had to pay 50 bucks to get my shit back. Don't ever go here!! The Asian lady followed me to my car yelling at me because I told her that her husband said 20 and threaten to call the cops on me when I took a photo of her shop. Once my dog puked all over it and they were able to remove it 100%. The only thing would be having to wait 4-5 days to pick it up, so this may be due to the fact they are busy. Just something to keep in mind if you needed a certain turn around time for something. As I have never brought any garments here to dry clean, I can't give an opinion on that. But in the future if I need a suit or dress shirt cleaned, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it here.

Just took in some clothes and one pair of pants was damaged with a huge rip/hole on the front of the slacks. The owner says there is no way it was him and that I must have been wearing them with the huge hole. I told him that they were perfectly fine the day before when I wore them. He told me he does not care if I never come back and if people I know never come back (been going for 10 years, taking suits in all the time). Never got mad, but he just did not care and just went into the back. Would highly recommend the 30 second drive in any direction to a different cleaner as maybe they will care. Extremely disappointed in the loss of 10 years of customer loyalty
