Their shop was 27 degrees and I was dripping sweat in the dress. At points I just wanted to cry. They also had one visit where they told me not to gain any more weight. We arrived on time but the salesguy didn't know to expect us and I don't think the service was any different than if we just walked in. AKA don't waste your time making an appointment if you just want to look at fabric and styles. Not very many/any bright/colorful options. Was quoted ~$1,100 for a blazer in our chosen fabric. Loved that you can get no lining (stays cooler for hot-blooded people) or half lining. Lots of cool lining fabrics. Overall we did not go with a custom blazer from here, but may be back to see there already made jackets and just get one tailored.
