We were offered a free cleaning to compensate for our past experience, and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. A few key points: - There was no hassle when we tried to get our free cleaning that was offered. No questions asked - they just made the appointment and that was it. - The guy who came to our house was respectful of not only our house, but our dogs as well. He made sure that they were safely put away before opening the door. - The guy was very friendly and welcoming (even though he was in our house!) - They were quick (It took about 45 minutes to do two rooms, a landing, and about twenty stairs.) - They did an amazing job! With two dogs, our carpets can get quite dirty...and as of now it looks like we don't have eight little feet that sometimes don't cleaned before they make it to the carpet. I want to say that the fact that we were offered a free cleaning shows me a lot about the company as it stands now. They came into our house at no charge for an in home quote and explained the process and cleaners they would be using. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies who told us their prices but seemed unsure of themselves when it came to pet stain and odors. They came in within the next few days and cleaned out the room along with the hallway and part of another spare bedroom that we also needed done. The cost was reasonable and it was done very well. A few days later (as expected) the smell was significantly less but there was a tad bit still there. I texted Cory and Kate and with no questions asked they came in the next day to do one final treatment at no cost and no hassle. It is now completely gone!
