sarah did my back dermals yesterday and i literally had the best experience. she also pierced my septum last year and it is fully healed, she did such a great job on both my piercings. i was scared and nervous getting my dermals but she made me feel so comfortable. it was the quickest and smoothest piercing experience; although after she finished i almost passed out because i'm a big baby lol but sarah and the other guy who was working in the shop that night (sorry didn't get his name) had me lay down, gave me water and put a fan on me and made sure i was okay. honestly 10/10 piercing experience i would definitely come back again when i have another impulse to get a new piercing. read more

I went in almost a week ago to get earlobe piercings alongside my mom who was paying for the piercings as a birthday gift. I have very mixed feelings about both the piercer and the business.... This is a very detailed and long review: The piercer who helped me was a blonde woman named Sarah. I know sometimes we have bad days and I'm not someone who demands perfect customer service, but she was so indifferent, uninterested, and almost rude the entire time. This was disappointed because I read multiple reviews saying she was great. I really want to give her the benefit of the doubt because I don't like judging others from one impression only, but since this is should be a professional business, I will in this review. She barely talked the entire time and gave one word answers to most of my questions which was a bit frustrating because I came in with an excited and enthusiastic attitude. I believe she did a good job with the piercing because it's healing very nicely as of today. After I was done my mom said she'd also like to do it too but Sarah rudely pointed to a big group of girls and said she'd have to wait until she's done with the group. We hadn't even paid, therefore we were still being serviced, so we were shocked to hear that. My mom decided not to do it. This is where things go downhill. Sarah failed to explain that this was a cash only business but pointed at an ATM they had next to the desk( I really wish we had known of this before, but with the digitalization of our world I thought they'd accept card). My mom was not amused by this but proceeded to insert her card and take money out. The total was $70 and I gave her $80. She said she was going to bring me change and walked to the other side of the room then came back with my change and then walked away again. We were confused because there wasn't any type of computer or phone transaction and no receipt. We called her over and she began going on about how they don't give receipts and that's just how the business works. I looked around and there were no signs that stated CASH ONLY/NO RECEIPTS anywhere in store and failed to inform us about it. My mom began to push to receive some sort of receipt because she works in a personal injury attorneys office and knows how important it is to have some sort of proof that you had a piercing/tattoo/or procedure done by an independent business. Sarah then grabs a sticky note and wrote the price of the piercings and just gave it to us.... She then cut my mom off and yelled out for the owner of the business then walked away. He tried explaining that that's how it works but all we wanted was just proof of the service. He then printed out the form that you fill up and sign(it has the date, price, procedure, and name of the business, along with your personal information) and gave it to us. We said thank you and left the place. My mother was afraid of being perceived as a "Karen" because she truly is the nicest woman alive, she just knows that for YOUR safety and health, you NEED to have some sort of proof of what service you got. We were disappointed with how Sarah treated us, but the owner tried his best to fix the situation. Sarah is a very skilled piercer which I admire, but she needs to work better in her costumer service. She didn't introduce herself (I had to find out her name), didn't say hello, or thank you for coming in, or anything. If she had only been the tiniest bit nicer, she would've made double the amount, as my mom wanted piercings too. If you care about any of these things, then I don't believe this is the place for you. read more

Forced the needle into my skin when it didn't go through the first time, then forced in jewelry that was too thick for the hole. When I left my piercing started bleeding a whole lot. read more

I had a bad reaction to my last nose piercing and she was super careful and recommended titanium since my body might accept that better. I had no issues with the healing process! 5 months later, the other day I came in to have my jewelry switched out since I trust them over myself or any other shop! Basil assisted me and helped me pick out a hoop and a cool snake to replace my stud on one side. He explained everything to me thoroughly and felt comfortable making my decision. I had a really bad experience here and posted that in my initial review. They offered me a full refund if I took down my review though, so I did. However I am coming back two months later because the piercing I received here remains infected, hot, pulsing and swollen the way that only very new piercings do, and I follow all aftercare instructions. I believe the piercer has issues with technique and expertise, along with customer service/attitude. Plus they only offered me a refund if I would take my review down, which speaks to a lack of integrity/honesty. I'm not putting the picture back up out of respect for the fact that they did refund me, but they made me bleed ALL OVER my clothes, completely ruining my outfit. It honestly looks like I was having a Carrie prom moment. Bad experience, but even more annoying that I'm still dealing with their lack of skill months later. read more

I got my 8 month old daughter's ears pierced here and the piercer that helped me was very thorough and just overall on point. I wanted to get my ears pierced too mainly so I could know how it would feel to my daughter but she recommended that I wait and come back another time just in case blood flew everywhere (though rare she said) or a needle dropped(she never dropped one before she said) it wouldn't hurt the baby.
