The great part about this dispo is all the workers are very nice, and you get free products depending on how much you spend, I think it's $50 -$60 minimum to get a free eighth , etc. OH and the Oreo cheesecake is AMAZING , other than that though They don't have many flower options for the mint brand mid shelf half ozs which is what I come for primarily, and they have been very inconsistent with keeping in stock some previous items that I've ordered they never have anymore. I also placed a pick up order here once on WM about a week ago, and it showed for 3 hours that is still wasn't ready for pickup and nobody called me or anything ..

I went here specifically because they carry "Select" brand cartridges. I received a free joint as part of a promotion for my purchase. Very nice! They always seem to have a lot of deals going. They also carry lots of concentrates, edibles, vapes, body oils, pre-packs, flower. The store runs like a well oiled machine. Check in was super quick. I didn't have to wait even though there was like a dozen people inside the store. It was a bit dizzying first walking into the showroom but a bud tender called me over and she was super nice. It also helped that I knew what I wanted to get beforehand.

Here's my receipt that shows what I spent. No freebie nothing!! At 2:45 should have at least had a pre roll.

This place should not promote they have certain deals if their bud tenders don't know how to apply them. I spent over 100 after tax and didn't receive the promotion, nor did I even get a happy hour pre roll! I wonder how many people this happens to so the tender can come up on stuff, I bet. Super disappointed .

So why is it that when I go to a dispensary all they want to do is rip me off? This is why I get my goods from other people who sell for what it's actually worth. Yeah I went in today and saw Norma and she was nice, but she was most likely nice so that she could rip me off. She said I'm paying for an 1/8 and another 1/8 will be free. My a$$. It was $60 for one eighth??? Anyway, I even gave her a $2 tip. I go in the car and look at all the taxes and yeah you pay over $10 in tax but come on! $45 for a single eighth? Cmon. To make this experience MORE frustrating, I come home and they're the same strain! One says peanut butter mintz, but it's BAGEL inside!!!?!?!?!!?!? Will never come back here for overpriced sh!t.

I went there for the first time and gave my info and filled out their paperwork. Then I waited. There was only 2 people ahead of me, many came in behind me. I waited and waited as they called everyone but me. I was there for 45 minutes waiting and them looking at me and kept calling everyone else. So I left cause had somewhere to be. This is the ONLY dispensary I've had this happen. Disorganized and not sure what went wrong, but was a horrible experience!! Never even got my first time gift cause never got called back. I live over an hour away too, not sure I will give them another chance. They didn't seem to care. read more

My family was having a really hard time this holiday season so my mom entered my kids n family into the sponsor a family for the holidays. They called her said my family had won! They asked for my address and told her they would take lots of photos. Lol. Then no one ever came so I went to mint a few weeks after asked a manager, they took my info and then crickets. so I commented on Google, the owner responded saying they were looking into it.it's a month later no one looked into apparently, as a matter of fact no one even apologized to my family for the mistake. Apologies are actually free of any cost! You give people free pre rolls for positive feedback but you don't offer even an apology for feedback you don't like? Feedback is an opportunity for growth. Never even tried to contact me back, never made any attempt to get right in any way. Honestly you should apologize to my mother too. She was so upset . It's so trashy to do to a struggling local family. I understand mistakes happen in life. What I don't understand when adults don't take responsibility for themselves. The girl who made the calls and left those voicemails saying we'd won really did me a disservice and she should know that. I bought an ounce on 7/14. My allotment was charge for my 28 g and an additional 15g. When I reported this error, both Jose budtender and Cody the manager were reluctant to admit their mistakes and told me I should have checked my allotment within 3 days. Bum and unhelpful customer service. I was chastised like the error was mine. What a disorganized establishment. read more

Well first complaint on a dispensary in Az but The Mint in mesa is special so I'll take my tine out to say...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..first they sell you popcorn buds as their top shelf at top shelf prices..the when you call too ask a question they rush you off the phone. These guys are straight up liars. They sold me on about $150 worth of product and promised with the BOGO card I could use it for the ONLY item I go there for. They stopped carrying it for about a year and a half, then I call back and speak to the same guy that told me I could use it for Grow Sciences, Patrick, and he told me it's expired. There is NO expiration date or limitations on my BOGO card. This is false advertising, please go ANYWHERE else but the Mint. There are better dispensaries with better pricing with DA's that won't flat out lie to you. read more

So I have been going to place for years always loved it never had a problem with anyone or any bud tenders but I had saved a couple mint cards fully signed and dated from the bud tender at the mint on southern and Mesa drive. I tried to use one and budtender came back with a skinny black male and he said he couldn't value my card I tried to figure out why and have them look at my past purchases but he had a major attitude so I pulled out my other card and so if this was valid then. He took my other card told me shure then ripped up my first card I gave to him! I have never been so disrespected by someone in my life in front of the whole store. I spend thousands there on my medication and at this store I will never come back to this location ever and nor will all my friends and family! I do not recommend this place due to the disrespect and lack of customer service. Customer service should be number one not giving your customer and death stare and disrespect. I hope something get done about this read more

An employee of this business is giving out completely incorrect information and preventing people from using the coupon that Harvest has issued. Talk about working against your own employer! My online order was not ready when I arrived so the young man went to get it and brought me a bag filled up with product I had not ordered. I ordered high potency and he delivered low potency even though I gave him my card and presumably he knows I'm a medical patient. My advice is to be super careful with your orders and coupons because some employees at this business don't know what's going on.

But don't fall for their deceptive tactics or u will fall for the deceptive "specials" and get bent over again and again with the broom handle yada yada. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD. This place is not safe for PTSD veterans. I've been going to Mint for years. Today, 10/6/2023 at around 2:30pm i tried to drive into the Mesa Mint parking lot. A car was blocking the entrance so i had to go around it to avoid being hit by the on coming traffic. As i'm going around the car trying to get into the parking lot and avoid being hit the Mint security guard comes running out and stands in front of our car threatening and yelling at us to stop. I start to back up and he yells even more. He tried to hold us there so his friends in the car that had been blocking the way in could go ahead of us. I turned around and backed out as he yelled and threatened. It really triggered my PTSD. When i called to discuss it the manager at Tempe just laughed. The Mesa management didn't seem to care. I will avoid this dispensary from now on. It's not a safe place and the violence towards customers comes from directly from the employees. read more

Went shopping around For Dispensaries when I got certified with my Med. Card. First place I went to was Nova They mixed my Sativa and Indica labels and I was not very happy about that. I was told about Mint -Mesa and I went in. My very first experience was pleasant. They greeted me and told me all the protocols when I got in the door. They were so professional and welcoming I also felt very safe with the security on standby You give them your card, they check you in then they tell you to have a seat till your called. I got to the back and there was great music playing The budtenders are very enthusiastic and knowledgable I have not had any issues when picking up from here. All experiences that I have had there have always been fun, professional, and they have great deals. This is probably the only place I will be going from now on. read more

I love the buy 2 get one free edibles, the Friday evening giveaways and the Spin the Wheel when you wear a Mint Tshirt. I love how I always leave with free stuff! There is always a good deal to take advantage of here. The flower isn't my favorite, so I look for great prices on concentrates, cartridges, & edibles. I went on Friday and got free tacos in the parking lot and then waited inside for 5 grams of shatter and a free eighth of flower for $100. Jesus helped me and he was amazing! He isn't trying to make a quick sale. He took the time to help me purchase the strains he knew I would be happy with. Love this dispensary. Tons of daily deals, and if you go on the right days you can end up with a plethora of free product. Top notch concentrates, as well! Budtenders are super knowledgeable, and everyone is super chill. Love the selection - their premium flower has never steered me wrong! I'm glad we're getting more dispensaries in Mesa, too! I love how close this location is to home. Watch out for evenings on the weekends, though. This place can get pretty packed, even when fully staffed. Either way, they're worth the wait. Yo, I have been coming here for about 6 months and let me tell you something. These guys, they are some of the most friendliest people I have interacted with. They are knowledgeable in the strains and what uses they can be used for as well as being able to recommend some of the best strains from personal experience. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone. It can get a bit busy at times especially on Friday and Saturday, mainly cause those are the days of some of the best deals. Tonight was my first time going to mint. The wait was a bit long but they have online ordering services. I was assisted by kourtney this evening. She was lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful. After spending too much money, I walked away with a new pipe and battery. Not too shabby. After settling into my couch I thoroughly enjoyed the products I picked up. Overall the experience was very pleasant. However perhaps a bench or sectional would be more suitable seating for the waiting area. Could use more seats for patients. read more

I know that seems common but ive been to my fair share of dispensaries and the mint is definitely in my favorite dispensary to go to. One of the best dispensaries in the valley. They run fantastic daily deals and always have FIRE flower. I come for the edible deals and the Baked Bros syrups personally, but they offer so many different vendors and types of products...if you are looking for it, they probably have it. The Mint Mesa dispensary is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. The Mint Mrsa always has a great selection. Even when they have great deals like $55 for 1/2 of ounce of flowers. The medicine is actually damn good, and the prices are second to none in my opinion. The place is clean, the staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and patient I would recommend anyone go to "the mint" if you looking to have a great experience at a dispensary. read more

Mint4Life!! The Mint has been one of my Top 3 dispensaries in the entire Valley for years now. Not only are the prices outrageously good, it's the staff that also has me coming back as a loyal customer. Always kind and incredibly helpful, they will get you exactly what you need or as close as possible given the product they have. something ive always struggled with when going to dispensaries, is going and feeling like i shouldnt have spent so much on products. then i discovered mint dispensary. every time ive gone i have left feeling both like i got my moneys worth, and like ive been helped in a way so that im properly medicated when im home. many of my favorites include: mint cafe meal deals, and any concentrate from them. 10/10 would recommend read more

Yes, this was discounted -- but that doesn't justify selling old, degraded product. The harvest…read moredate shows 09/25/2024, and the condition makes it obvious it hasn't been stored properly. The flower was extremely dry, harsh, and had almost no smell or flavor left. Effects were weak and short-lived. This isn't just "not fresh" -- it's past its prime to the point it shouldn't be on shelves at all. Discount or not, customers shouldn't be sold product this old. At minimum, it should be clearly flagged as aged/clearance or pulled entirely. This felt like clearing out dead inventory rather than offering something worth buying. Would not buy again -- check dates before purchasing. Everything is old don't expect a 4/20 because you're just buying old dry ass inventory they couldn't sell.
