I also noticed that they had a tiny bit more merchandise for Pochaco, Hangyodon, Keroppi, & Badtz Maru in comparison to what I've seen at the Westfield Santa Anita. There are a bunch of items not for sale which I assume are rare display statues and plushies. Good amount of stationery, plushies, home goods, accessories etc.

There's a cashier at the front and not much interaction, but I prefer this over some of the older locations where they'd hover over you. Stock here is decent, but it's nowhere close to the RH location, but ever since going here as a high schooler (rare visits), I'd love to ascend and descend the stairs and look down and look at the decorations and random Ghibli and cute character goods they have up there.

The studio is incredibly clean! Everything felt very organized and sanitary. Each piece of jewelry is sterilized for 7-9 minutes before being used, and the jewelry displays were spotless and beautifully organized by brand. Every piece they carry is gorgeous, so be prepared to have a hard time choosing! 2.) Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff My appointment was with Boge, and while I was waiting, Lev helped me choose my jewelry. Both were incredibly kind and patient, especially because I am very indecisive. They never pressured me to choose anything and were happy to show me different jewelry sizes, talk through my options, and help me calculate the total cost. 3.) Honest advice and genuine customer care This was probably what impressed me the most. I originally came in wanting a hidden helix, but Lev actually advised me against getting one at this time because of the potential healing concerns with my ear anatomy and piercing history. They also took into consideration my upcoming events and helped me plan which piercings to get first and when it would be best to get the others. Although I was initially disappointed that I couldn't get the hidden helix, I really appreciated their honesty. They easily could have done the piercing, but instead prioritized what they felt would be best for my healing. That made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer rather than just making a sale. And the customer care went above and beyond! I hadn't eaten before my appointment because I was nervous, and Boge noticed and offered me one of her own chewy granola bars so I wouldn't risk feeling faint. Such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. 4.) Fixed my messed up Claire's Piercing I had a piercing on my right ear that was pierced at the worst location as I have a mole there so I never bothered wearing earrings. Boge was able to work her magic and made everything look even! Please see my photos for before and after. Seamless experience (I have a super low pain tolerance and prone to fainting with needles). She was so kind and talked me through it all and let me lay in the chair for a bit before even getting up. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable at any point. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, and I left feeling really confident about my piercing plan. Shoppers were even trying stuff on right out in the open in the back of the tent...it was an experience! Trina Turk's clothing style has a cool vibe, and the clothing is all brightly colored. We have a second home in the Palm Springs area, and their fashions go great with that midcentury modern/contemporary look. Regular prices are what I would consider very expensive, but this tent sale had stuff marked down to incredibly reasonable prices. From what I gather reading other Yelp reviews, this is an outlet store. In addition to clothing, their stores also sell accessories, books, and décor items for midcentury modern/contemporary homes.

Had a sweet SA showing my friend and I merchandise and I guess the manager, was running back and forth stating she will give the price. Long story short, she gave the wrong price. She wrote the total $14,920. We already handed her the cc and then she crosses it out and says it's the wrong price and I cannot buy it at that price. And to add insult, when I was taking a picture of the receipt she snatched it out of my hand. Prior to that, she snatched the calculator out of my hand as well. Now my total is $18,650 because she said the calculator calculated wrong. NO THANKS. Changing the price once you have the card in your hand? Unethical. Update 2/3/24 Thank you for your response and acknowledgment of this experience, Victoria. Human error would have been acceptable if she apologized and recognized the error on her part. Blaming the calculator, saying it's broken and it calculated wrong is an entirely different situation. When she snatched it away and stated "you cannot buy", she had no interest in trying to make a deal work. She had more interest in having us leave the store. Ironically, the store was having a visit from either vendors and owners . Everything was nice, up until they left. The security guard even left when they did and the other man was playing poker on his phone. Check your cameras.. we were there for at least 2 hours while the SA was running around and attending 2 different customers. There was no consideration to the time that we waited. And it wasn't a small amount looking to be purchased. Traditional Retail, especially in jewelry, is challenging for companies and owners. Service and merchandise should be even more exceptional! Regardless if it's $200 or $14,000, every dollar counts. The fact that she didn't even TRY to rectify the situation shows she doesn't need our business.
