You could find a great gift for teenagers young adults and adults. Sometimes I just like to walk through just to see what they have because they've got lots of cool stuff Honestly, if you're not in a hurry, some of the things can be found at Nordstrom's and sometimes a little cheaper. The 3 existing succulent arrangements, who were done at Pigment needed some refreshing and she wanted to create new succulent arrangements in the two empty pots and, . . . .WE GOT TO MEET SAXON, the most wonderful and kind and helpful plant guy at Pigment. His presence, his help, his advice, his demonstration of proper technique based on the arrangement philosophy of designing a pot landscape using the "THRILLER, FILLER, SPILLER" strategy was so insightful!! Even though Pigment was very busy, he made us feel like the most important customer in the store and we will definitely come back when he is there!! THANK YOU SAXON!!!

I had a $100 coupon and picked out a book. I did not see the small lettering that said it was not good towards books and that was fine. I said I'd just buy something online. ESP the younger gal who 1st says " there has to be a coupon code in order to use it" as if though that was my problem. I didn't send the coupon out by email. Your business did. Anyhow very rude sales gal and just basically all around not friendly. I will never go back to this location ever again and I'll spread the word. Today is Sept 1, 2026.

SELLING FAKE LABUBU dolls!! I rushed here to buy these hard…read moreto find, latest trend, dolls yesterday and almost purchased hundreds of dollars worth when I suddenly realized the boxes were all taped shut. I asked the employees why they were taped and the response was shocking...the dolls arrived all together in one big box and an employee had to put each doll in the individual boxes to sell. Once I heard this, I examined the boxes carefully. 1) should arrive sealed (glued together by the manufacturer) 2) selling lower than manufacturer's retail price, about a third cheaper 3) boxes missing the holographic sticker of authenticity 4) boxes missing the light rays that wrap around the box for Big Into Energy 5) ink color on box isn't correct 6) box texture missing the matte finish Etc. It's a really good knock off for anyone that doesn't have a real one to compare to. Unfortunately for them, I just purchased over 10 real ones so I definitely know the differences. After I informed the employees, one of them told me that they were purchased from Las Vegas and not from the manufacturer. I didn't buy any so I can't tell you what the actual doll inside looks like, if it's a good knock off or not. I'm just surprised they didn't pull it from the shelf when I told them. Any reputable seller would've pulled them and tried to confirm the authenticity from whoever they purchased it from before putting it back on the shelf. I hope unwitting parents didn't buy this for their kids thinking it's authentic. This is what's called a Lafufu, a good fake! Please learn online the differences between real and fake Labubu dolls before purchasing. There is no way that this is legal, considering they're using the company name and copied all the writing on the box.

When I arrived, it looks like the event was going on during regular business hours open to the public and not private which made it difficult to tell who was participating in the actual event. Since it was my first time there, I thought the staff would give me a brief rundown after checking in and paying... instead, I was left to figure it out until I finally had to ask what's the protocol here. That rubbed me the wrong way! I also noticed the staff had their friends there too and it was a distraction instead of staff being attentive to customers especially new ones. Another staff came in a bit later and started to interact with us and provided the information I wanted to hear from the very start. She seemed more seasoned than the other staff I encountered earlier. She really turned things around and this event ended up to be not bad at all. She actually saved this review from being a 1-star.
