From opening up card holder to check if something would fit, to helping my young son play in his first game outside the house, they have been uniformly helpful. In particular, a wonderful young lady named Cheyenne has been a pleasure to deal with. She explains things in an easy to understand way but without any dumbing down, and is helpful recommending exactly what I need (and not upsell or, or minimize my concerns). They don't needlessly mark-up sealed products, keeping at MSRP from what I've seen. They host free and low cost gaming throughout the day, and they have snacks for sale. Their pricing is uniformly fair, and I'd rather pay a couple bucks more to support my local game store than give more to online superstores. These types of social venues aren't common and should be supported as able. Parking is ample, the Italian restaurant next door is excellent, and they're pretty easy to get to.

Unfortunately this location has been a problem for quite a while. Every time I come here there's always something with the employees that so unprofessional. I get it, it's a comic book store in a mall, but the people that they have working here believe this is their personal hangout.. As for comic selection, this is basically a Marvel and DC shop. You'll have a tough time finding anything independent. - Completely inappropriate music playing sometimes. - When there's more than one person working they basically are loud and goofing off. - No active help from employees. You have to walk up to the counter and get a passive aggressive response. This isn't the Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop so stop acting like it is. - Various activist and virtue signaling posters. This is a business, not a Jr. college library. Are the owners aware of this? - This is multiple times, not just one "bad day". Owners- I like comics because of escapism. There needs to be more oversight / training at this location.
