Come home and start to look at the wiring. Pull the fuse and relay. both were melted and that fuse blowing saved my 60 grand X3 from being the next car to burn down in glamis! I love this shop. Michael Sue has rows and rows of really great dollhouse stuff. I have to drive quite a distance to get to pacific beach where her shop is but it is well worth it to me to get the one on one service, as well as unhurried advice. She takes her time to help you and really listen to what it is that you are looking for. If she doesn't have it, she will find it for you. The shop is fairly small (when they opened), but I believe now it's a little bit bigger as they moved a few offices down...I think? Instead of a professional customer service response, I was told that my email was a "threat" and that I should "not order from us again." The company refunded the purchase and dismissed my concerns rather than addressing the underlying issue. The amount of the order was only $10.99, but that's not the point. Good customer service isn't measured by the dollar amount of the transaction. Every customer deserves respectful communication and products that meet reasonable quality expectations. The combination of poor product quality, failure to deliver the promised replacement parts, and an unnecessarily hostile response left me very disappointed. I won't be purchasing from this company again.

The store varies from items, such as stuffed animals, games, stocking, stuffers, calendars, and even gifts for the little prankster in your family. The gentleman associate working at the front counter, was very patient and nice while I was in there, shopping with for a little children, and checked us out very promptly. The gentleman also asked if there was anything else he could do to assist us or help us find any particular gift. This was the first time I had been in to such a store like this and I was very impressed with the amazing customer service and I will definitely be back .
