I got home and 1 box was used all scratched up and instead of 4 stands inside the box someone swapped out a different sign inside. This was frustrating because it meant another trip to the store. They really need to check when people return items and not restock it at full price $29.99. I understand it's not the fault of the people who work there but they really need to check returns. Because this is a waste of time & gas for anyone. My first trip out was great the workers were very helpful and it was a fast check out. The return trip took so long, only 1 cashier and 5 people in line and 4 of them were returns, and it took a lot longer not sure why ‍. The cashier didn't really care why I brought it back but did mark it with a sticker that read damaged sold as is (or something to that effect). So they were clearly putting it back on the shelf. (I receive an email to remind me of this perk!) The store just scans the barcode that's sent to me... easy! This Hallmark Shop is better than the ones on O'ahu that charge tax! Yeah! This shop didn't take my money for tax! I was shocked! LOL! The card was totally free! Thank you! I even got Gold Crown stickers to seal the envelope... what a nice touch, eh? My cousins wandered the store and found greeting cards they liked, too! I then went back to do a little holiday shopping, and have been back many times since. I am also happy that the shop continues to host a spirt stop on the stroll. Kiko + Sven is a tiny shop with a lot of cute items. Some appear handmade and other are just cute or unique. They probably have more jewelry than anything. It is mostly dainty gold and silver, some with long beads and some made from clay. They have a back wall that is full of greeting cards, and a section of toddler and baby items. There are usually quite a few candles and soaps, and a small amount of cocktail/cooking supplies. All of it calls out to me... and makes me want to spend money. They also have a rack of clothing in the shop, and usually a sale rack outside. I have bought a couple of tops and a cute shawl there in the past, but since the selection is so small, I often don't find any clothing that either is my size or style. I think it is a great shop to browse and find something unecspected. As it is very small, the times I went looking for something more specific for gifts, it has been a bit hit or miss. Plus the studio is super cute and there's a lot of pretty calligraphy supplies for sale. She does wedding calligraphy which is how I first found her but if you just want get the vibe at the creative friday hangout (free with rsvp) I highly recommend it! I did lowercase modern calligraphy for beginners and I can't wait to do uppercase!
