My first impression walking up to shop, it's going to be filled with all kinds of goodies. The reality exceeded my expectations. I did give myself a budget before I walked in of $100. I headed to the back to find the Oracle deck cards. She had a decorative table in the back displaying her gorgeous Oracle deck cards. There were little refreshments and amazing cookies to celebrate the occasion. After learning more about Oracle deck cards, I decided to shuffle and pull two cards. They were exactly on point. I became emotional and decided to explore the rest of the store. I realized I did give myself a big enough budget. It truly was a gift givers paradise: stones, teas, essential oils, aromatherapy, skincare, books, socks, stickers, cards, plushies, jewelry, etc. I ended up only purchasing two sets of Oracle Deck cards, but I already bookmarked this shop to return for future gift shopping. My law firm needed some last minute holiday gift baskets, so I stopped in with my boss to check out their selection. Dan was uber helpful (and it didn't hurt that he gave us tons of samples). Despite the fact that we were terribly last minute (I think it was the week of Christmas already) he was incredibly helpful and personable. He allowed us to customize our baskets with certain types of snacks that we wanted to or didn't want to include. Our clients had nothing but great things to say about the baskets they delivered. The staff was also very accommodating when several of our baskets were returned and/or we wanted to change instructions. We forgot to give them new instructions about one of our returned baskets and they even gave us a "basket credit" for our next order. The prices are comparable to other gift basket companies, but the service definitely excels. It's also great that they periodically send me small baskets for random occasions (like a pot o' gold for St. Patrick's Day) to remind me of how great of a job they did.

I was…read morequietly on my phone while browsing and got snapped at me, demanding I end my call before they would help me. when I asked why, the manager told me being on my phone in a store is "rude"... Zero customer service skills between the two of them. I would rather spend my money where I am respected. On top of the attitude, the place is musty and damp the moment you walk in, which makes you question the condition of what they're actually selling. Plenty of other thrift stores nearby that treat customers like human beings -- go there instead. I won't be back.
