If you're looking to make a beautiful arrangement definitely drop by there are already pre-made options but you can also choose the flowers as you go. Plus there are really nice crystals, plant necessities and incense. I ended up getting 4 incense of my choosing for $1 and my husband bought a porcupine quill which was pretty cool. I drive by this place all the time on Fletcher Parkway and finally dropped by for a fresh bouquet. Danielle was ready to go and put together a super cute bouquet for me in minutes then I just walked a few steps back to my car in the parking lot. Great visibility and access for a quick drop-in-n-out! I love the various unique blooms available at Floral Craft. The black paper adds a nice classy touch to the finished bouquets. I came near end of day so I know there was an even better selection earlier. Danielle did a great job with what was there at the time. She keeps the place neat and organized. She used Square for my payment. So it was easy to just push the card in without having to touch anything. But I noticed she wiped it all down before the transaction anyway. I used her for my wedding originally planned in June 2020 that was postponed multiple times until finally having an official date on April 29,2021. Not only did she make the whole process painless, but her patience and kindness made the whole postponement so much easier. She was great to work with and made sure to prioritize my new date. I have received two arrangements this summer from The Floral Craft. The first one was gorgeous, unique and so colorful, I loved it. The second was a bouquet and it came packaged so uniquely, in a cool bag. Unfortunately within a day it had just folded, no doubt to the ridiculous heat. I dropped by the shop to ask about it, and received the most lovely customer service, not only from the front counter but the owner, Daniele, called me within the hour. I feel badly, I know flowers are perishable, but this was really fast. The next day she delivered me a new bouquet, equally gorgeous. As this was a birthday gift, I was glad to enjoy it for longer. I really liked that the arrangement had a wire support system to hold the stems (recyclable versus the green plant foam stuff). Instead of delivering the bouquet in a vase (I have SO MANY VASES), it was supported with a water pouch around the stems.
