It's tucked into a small street in Lemon Grove but is easy to find and near the freeway. When i walked in, Lupita was HUSTLING. I forgot that it was the end of the year and she was puttin in that work! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and she was very friendly! I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but she led me to the walk in fridge and told me I can pick anything I wanted and she would put it together. I picked three different types of flowers (please don't ask me which kinds because i have NO idea lol), brought it out to give to her and told her what I was envisioning. She finished my three small bouquets so quick and efficiently i was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately I was in such a rush that I failed to get a photo of the beautiful arrangement I was able to get at Forever Blooms. I was in a time crunch to get a beautiful bouquet for my boss's birthday and I did not want to opt for some grocery store flowers. I saw this place on Yelp and noticed it was 5 minutes away and rushed over. The interior is beautifully decorated with roses on the wall and led signs with the business name. This is a family run business and you truly can't beat the attention to detail and great customer service anywhere else. I was helped by a young lady and let her know the color scheme I was looking for (pink and purple) and she immediately got to work on it. She was really sweet and assured me that she could get it done very quickly. After maybe 15-20 minutes she presented me with the most beautiful arrangement. I could not be more happy and and I am so thankful Yelp recommend this place. They provide great flowers for a good value. Lupita goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied. I texted her the week BEFORE Mother's Day and DURING the covid-19 pandemic and she still made it happen! I live in Georgia and my family is in San Diego. There was some miscommunication on the color of flowers I wanted via text (wanted pink). Nevertheless the flowers my mother received on Mother's Day are beautiful and my mom loves them. Lupita made up the miscommunication by sending a small plant four days later. My mother loves those as well. Even with the miscommunication, I will use her again. My only suggestion to the company is maybe give a delivery time frame, even if it's four hours. We had no idea when the flowers would arrive and it left us wondering how ling to wait. Update June 1: Changing my four star review to a perfect FIVE!!! Flowers were delivered within the timeframe and day that was arranged. Ordered a second bouquet for my niece's graduation. I asked Lupita for a graduation bouquet with balloons, flowers, stuff bear, and my nieces favorite snacks. Lupita went beyond my expectations creating the most creative display I've ever seen!!! What ended up at her house was a rip off instead. So disappointed, this order was back in December but I decided to come and review since Valentine's Day is coming up and I don't want anyone else getting scammed. So we are in town to visit the mother of my gf's deceased bff/sister but realize we need to pick up flowers. We get off in Lemon Grove and don't see anything, but the employee of liquor store tells us of a place hidden behind the post office. That place turned out to be Hidden Bloom. The florist was on a delivery when we arrived, but ounce she arrived she asked us the occasion and when we told her why and that it was bittersweet she flew into action and delivered us an awesome bouquet. The service was horrible (see attached pictures) First, they called me 5 times on a row non stop. They couldn't find my place which is impossible to miss. Then, I was waiting outside for ten minutes and their phone was off. When they finally gave me the order (I had to go find them to a different location because they couldn't find my place still after even sending them my location) they gave me an attitude.
