We absolutely loved working with Jamul Flowers and Donna! One of our friends had worked with them and we absolutely loved their wedding flowers. They had loved working with Donna and I must say, I do too! From the start, Donna was very hands on and communicative. I sent over a mood board with my vision and possibilities for the wedding. We hopped onto a phone call so that she could better understand what I had wanted. I love that she is so attentive and really wants to understand what we wanted. Donna is more comfortable being able to call and talk though concepts versus email! Although I'm a bit more shy with phone calls, this was really helpful because I could better communicate and answer her questions. She was also open to changes and any additions to the original order! They were also really reasonable with cost. We definitely got our bang for buck and so grateful that she helped us stay within our budget. On the day of, Donna and her husband delivered the flowers and helped set up everything. They were just the sweetest! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and so well done. It was a dream come true and it looked like a fairytale. It was one of my favorites of our wedding! I have received flowers from this shop for years, but sadly, I think their services are declining. I've received two arrangements in six months that have started wilting and dying within 2 to 3 days of delivery. One of them, I know the sender spent a lot on the bouquet. Although they were nice on arrival, the next day there were signs of wilt, and the vase was cheap plastic and didn't match the aesthetic of the arrangement. I've had many quality flowers from them in the past, I hope they can return to that level of service in the future. read more

Just got off the phone with Donna after ordering some flowers for a friend that had just lost her Mother. She was very helpful and said she would make an arrangement for her. I am glad that I found her because you go on the other sites with the big flower companies and they try to sell you a arrangement for 35 dollars and give you free delivery and they want to charge you 25 dollars handling fee. If you ask my wife and friends they will tell you I am cheap. I don't mind paying top dollar for something. Just don't make me wait to the end to spring surprises on me. I described to her the bouquets I'm looking for, sent her pictures and she truly brought it to life. I wanted coral dahlias and succulents with coffee beans. So beautiful. Her special touch, she was proactive about calling every step of the way, accommodated our changes and she definitely exceeded our expectations. All of her services, came much less than expected. I called in an order on July 7th late afternoon for the next morning of the 8th and gave them a price point and told them they were for my mom. It was only 5 bucks to delivery which is a steal cause every where else is like 10-15. Everything came out to about 60 bucks. They did an amazing job and delivered right on time. My mom loved the flowers and they are so fresh! Only thing is they spelt my son's name wrong on the card lol which isn't a big deal. Synopsis: Jamul Flowers provided the flowers at our wedding and did a good job. There price was 400 + dollars less than the other three florists we visited. Overall Jamul Flowers took care of us for way less, I would recommend you check them out. Donna at Jamul Flowers provided the flowers at our wedding on 06/14/2013. She produced 10 table arrangements, 7 boutonnieres, 5 bouquets, 4 corsages, 1 cake topper, and 1 back drop arrangement for our wedding. She delivered our order on time and everything looked great. We also asked for 2 additional corsages and 2 additional boutonnieres at the last minute and she took care of it. I was incredibly satisfied with the price. Donna did the job for about 35% - 40% less than 3 other florists we had quotes from. Only thing I would recommend is you call each time before you stop by her shop. Even though it may be during normal business hours she may be out and about making deliveries. Overall we were highly satisfied with Jamul Florest and I would recommend them. At a minimum you should at least get a quote to see how much more other florists are going to try and charge you.
