I should have read reviews before entering this place. We had the worst experience and my daughter who is 5years old is still upset. This store is racist and as everyone mentions they will great you as you enter but only to see who you are and if you can afford to buy and their store. Me and my husband were really interested in buying some furniture but they were not happy that my daughter was sitting on bed. Instead of helping us They were just talking bad amongst themselves. Le Dimora has by far the most beautiful Holiday decor and gifts in town! With over 20 different, exquisitely decorated Christmas trees in the store, the ornament options are almost endless! Le Dimora is primarily an interior design and furniture store, but this time of year it's a gorgeous decorators winter wonderland! This place is so amazing. I was very sad so see all the bad reviews because every time I have been here, I have only been treated with the up most respect and attentiveness. They carry one of my favorite house brands, gracious goods, and they have so many selections here. They also have such an amazing sale section! Anything you want, if they don't have, they can special order it. I am especially impressed by their customer service. I emailed the owner about an exception I asked her to make, and she gladly accepted my email and accommodated me, even though it was against their policy. I will always bring my service here, and keep bringing all my friends here! Quick Update: Apparently Le Dimora did not like my posting and had their attorney send me a nasty note asking me to remove my original post. I always find it interesting that companies will stop at nothing to remove negative comments yet they'll do nothing to address the issue or apologize. I too really like the store. It's a beautiful store and they have great products and that's the reason I have shopped there a number of times. But the experience on at least 1 occasion was incredibly (!) unprofessional and I think others probably experienced this as well (I know my neighbor did too). I am a designer, remodel many of my own homes, and frequently shop for home furnishings. Le Dimora took the time to engage counsel but didn't bother to even look into an issue that was bothersome to a customer. What a shame. read more

My favorite luxury home furnishings store is by far Le Dimora. I've bought everything from exquisite lamps, tables and accessories to the most gorgeous flocked Christmas tree and woodland glam ornaments I've ever seen! The entire staff of amazing designers are so helpful and friendly and willing to share their design ideas so whatever I'm buying looks great in my home. And the customer service I've experienced is next level! They go up and beyond to rectify anything that isn't exactly perfect to make sure I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I have been in the store several times because I absolutely love their Decour and furnishings. I just purchased a $20,000 living room sofa from another store and wanted to get the finishing touches such as chandeliers and rugs from this store. I actually had originally found a sofa that I loved at this store and wanted to purchase it but when we asked if I could borrow fabric swatches to take home they gave us such a hard time that my husband got furious and just said forget it we're not buying the couch from them. I've been in there three times since then (without hubby) and spoken to three different sales associates. Every time I expect a little better. Maybe that person was having a bad day or maybe that person is just rude but they're not all like that etc. Being that this is the third time I have been treated so rudely I just felt compelled to leave a review. This literally just happened. I'm walking through the store and see a a voicemail pop up from the senior living facility that my grandfather is in so I quickly put the phone to my ear to listen while I'm browsing. After I finished with my voicemail I ask the sales associate if he had a chance to look up the price of An item that I had asked him about five minutes earlier about. His response was that he did tell me the price but I was busy chatting away on a phone call. Excuse me but I was not on a phone call and even if I was who shouts a price across the store. Are we in the middle of Walmart? I will never purchase anything from a store that treats me worse than a gas station attendant would. I'm not sure how these people stay in business. Maybe I don't fit their clientele Mould because I have a two-year-old with me? I can't imagine what would happen if I had any kind of an issue with a furniture order that I placed with them if this is their attitude towards customers before the purchase even begins. In any case there are so many beautiful furniture stores around here and all throughout Southern California. I prefer to go shopping somewhere where I will be treated with respect and shown that my business is actually appreciated. Sorry to say I can't shop local and small at this establishment. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this furniture store! The moment I walked into the door I received amazing service by Maria Barry one of the interior designers who greeted me with a smile and ask how she could help me. I told her that I was looking to furnish my new home and outdoor living area. From there she walked me step by step in doing so. All of the other ladies were polite as well with smiles on their faces. Over the 15,000 sq foot show floor I got to choose from the many designs and styles for my home. From there Maria gave me ideas for color schemes for each room as well as choosing major furniture pieces and rugs so my dream flowed through out each room. We then figured out how the lighting would work room by room which included some rooms having drapes. Last, we covered all the little details and accessories. After deciding the layout of my home we explored outdoor ideas for my patio and backyard. They had some exquisite interior and exterior furnishing for my home. I loved the Hickory White design for my entire home. Maria helped me furnish room by room paying attention to every detail. I loved some of the unfinished touches on the wood pieces that we had picked out for the great room. Soft colors of teal, lavender and bold red accented every room with beauty and grace. Big piece like beds, dressers and kitchen table to name a few filled the rooms perfectly. I was pleased with all the choices we had made for each room. I could not wait until my new lavish home was complete. All of the ladies made sure that I had the best experience creating my new home inside and out. I was very happy with the way everything went with my initial visit and completion. This is a beautiful store and I love the holiday decor they have but the customer service is really terrible. No one is friendly just like others have mentioned and they do size you up to see if you can afford to shop here. It's ridiculous because the people who work here probably can't even afford to shop here! I don't like to feel judged or given dirty looks and to not be greeted when I walk through the door. What an amazing store! We happened to park immediately in front of it while visiting the farmers' market a couple of weekends ago and made it a point to stop in and check out what they carry. First off, the store is huge... tons of selection and it looks as if many furniture items can be customized with different upholstery and such. We were approached by Rose, a lovely lady with a charming British accent who was both friendly and unpretentious. She offered assistance with any questions we might have; but also kindly allowed us the space to just peruse the store without tracking us like a vulture as so many furniture salespeople do. The wares are most definitely not inexpensive. Unfortunately very little we could actually afford; but the pieces are eclectic and many are unlike any we've seen in any other store. It was a treat just to walk around and see all the beautiful items. I was able to purchase a framed piece of art that was on clearance, and Rose treated the transaction as if I were buying a piece of furniture at full price; carefully wrapping the frame in bubble wrap so it wouldn't get damaged in transit and never once making me feel as if I was wasting her time with a relatively low-ticket item. Again, the products are very high-end and most will experience sticker shock (myself included, LOL); but if you're in the market for beautiful, original pieces to fill your space, I highly recommend checking out this store read more

It doesn't get much better than this! This store is stunning. Everytime I walk in it's different and wows me every time. The ladies that greeted me was so sweet and incredibly helpful. The quality of their products is so good and you can tell it's not cheap stuff which I appreciate. I was reading some of the other reviews and as I was reading I was shocked to see how they responded. My experience was amazing and I will 100% continue shopping at Le Dimora. Also their holiday stuff is so great and has held up well over the years! My kids think it's such a fun environment walk into when it's all up in store. Beautiful new store, and I could hardley wait for them to finally open their doors, however, I can't help but feel disappointed by their lack of customer service. Upon my first visit, I did not receive a warm greeting, but rather dirty looks, and the cold shoulder by both clerks at the counter. I will take my business, and healthy budget elsewhere! read more

I felt unwelcome and kinda judged despite the initial greeting. I informed the clerk/worker/owner I was interested in buying a small plate to use as a tea bag holder. It was a gift for my boss' birthday. She directed me to the outdoor sale section and mentioned there are other pieces "but they are fine china and would be more expensive." She doesn't know my budget nor did she ask. She didn't offer to show it to me so I looked through the small bowls (they weren't even plates but she said that was all she had in the cheaper range). I felt irked that she came back to me to say something along the lines of "that's the best you will find and all I have dear." I was barely comparing for a couple seconds and just wanted to choose the nicest design of the 6. After I purchased it I felt regret. She didn't offered or asked if I wanted a receipt. She asked me how I was paying. Wrapped it up nicely and placed it in a bag. The items are beautiful but the store layout is very cluttered to showcase all of the items. It is seperated according to type of room. I read the other post about lawyer letter and am not sure if it's true. But I work for one so I have no worries with giving a lower score. Maybe I am just having a bad day but I had a better experience at Trader Joe's, Wells Fargo and Urban Girl in that same plaza. I probably could have found something nicer than what I left with. read more

We had an awful experience with Le Dimora. They overcharged us for drapery services and lied about the billing and rates. Tried to charge us the equivalent of $1,800 per hour for installing a $13 part. Installed temporary paper blinds which they said were for free and then billed us $287. Not to be trusted. read more

Such a beautiful store...and more importantly....incredible people. I love the le dimora team!! I never leave the store without new ideas and an appreciation for their expertise. I work with Susie and she is always a text or phone call away. I made a friend for life. She makes you fall in love with your home all over again every time she visits! All of the team members there love what they do and it shows. If you haven't been to the store, you are missing out! Visited this store for the first time and was just "wow'd"! They have such a huge showroom filled with beautiful things for any and all styles and occasions. All the employees were very gracious and helpful. Jeanne Sagona has been especially dear. She has helped me completely update my home: choosing paint color, recommending furniture and accessories, and referring the right people for the various jobs when remodeling. Always responding to my texts and emails with great ideas and she is SO patient with my ever changing mind. I am so grateful for her influence. I bought a dresser and 2 lamps. They were delivered and set up and the receipt was in the mail. Easy as that. I will definitely continue shopping at Le Dimora! read more

The rudest people on the PLANET!! They must have had their own people post positive reviews to try and up their star rating...but the one star rating is RIGHT ON!! Horrible customer service. They size you up when you walk in as if they're trying to determine whether you can afford to shop there. After looking around for awhile, and several staff walking past without even a "hello" or smile, a woman finally acknowledged me and after talking a few minutes, she asked if I had been working with someone else on my home? I told her, "Well yes, of course, I've worked with other people." And she abruptly shot back that she wouldn't work with me because I'm working with someone else. And that was that, she walked off. I stood there thinking, "Wow, I'm a customer, and this is how you're treated?" If she had taken the time to LISTEN, she would have found out that I had worked with someone, years ago, and now I wanted to do something all new in my home that I had just remodeled. BUYER BEWARE ! Lots of shiny beautiful things to see but be aware that their customer service on returns is a serious issue. You don't learn much about a business until something goes wrong and you see how its handled. It is apparent from other posts and our families experiences that their way of handling things is "you can afford to shop here so get over it". We had purchased a rug that DID NOT come as advertised. It was painfully obvious the rug was not satisfactory based on what was expected. It did not match up with the sample shown. The sample was vibrant and the rug that was delivered looked old and faded. The response was that the sample does not reflect the actual product. That WAS NOT explained upon purchase conveniently. We had shopped there on other occasions and were repeat customers. Yet when we were not happy with the rug they charged a FULL restocking fee and charged us for shipment back. They didn't offer to split the cost or do anything to alleviate the concerns. Therefore WE WILL NEVER shop there again ! read more
