They charged me $214.43 for a restocking fee even though the product arrived to their store damaged and I was told by Debbie that she couldn't get me a perfect one. The $214.43 is more than their stated restocking fee as I bought the item on sale. I wrote customer service the following: Subject: Urgent: Refund Request for Damaged Caspian Chairside Table - Order/Transaction #W0036174 Dear Bassett Furniture Co. Customer Service, I am writing to request a full refund for a Caspian Chairside Table 6S24-0643 that I purchased for $949.00 during a sale. The table arrived at your San Marcos store damaged, and upon inspection, Debbie, a representative at the San Marcos store, informed me that a perfect, undamaged replacement could not be secured. Due to the item arriving damaged, I requested a refund. I was subsequently charged a significant amount, with $214.43 being withheld from my refund. I firmly believe that a restocking fee should not apply in this situation, as the table was damaged upon arrival and was never delivered to my home; I inspected it at your showroom. Even if a restocking fee were applicable, your standard 15% restocking fee on the purchase price of $949.00 would amount to $142.35. The $214.43 that was withheld significantly exceeds this amount, representing more than the stated 15%. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $214.43 that was withheld. This amount represents the difference between the full purchase price and the refund I received. Alternatively, if a full refund of the withheld amount is not possible despite the table arriving damaged and no undamaged replacement being available, I request that the restocking fee be adjusted to the stated 15% of the purchase price, which is $142.35. This would mean I am owed an additional $72.08 ($214.43 - $142.35). I expect a fair resolution to this matter. Bought a custom leather couch and ottoman LESS THAN 5 years ago. Got the extended warranty which doesn't expire until Nov 2025. My couch has spots where the leather color has come off. They will NOT honor their warranty! The icing on the cake of purchasing this couch was when the manager told me he has a dog and boys that climb all over it and that he had it for 10 years and it still looked great. He even showed me photos!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I don't have kids and dogs running all over my couch. It's my husband and me. That's it! And the photos show what my couch looks like. I purchase all my furniture at Basett. I spend a lot of money here. I expect quality. i believe you get what you pay for. I paid for an extended warranty on my furniture, and now that I have called in due to a defect in their design, the manager is walking back the warranty, asking how I cleaned my sofas. I explained to them that the leather is in tact, and in good condition. the manufacturer used subpar fabric in the creases and it has cracked. I hope this will get to their corporate office because this is not the customer service I was expecting. What a shame. I'm truly disappointed. read more

The best shopping experience I have had in years. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Donna, who was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable! She was such a pleasure to deal with I wanted to stay and hang out and talk to her! customer service is amazing. They call when they say they will and they had things ready even faster than promised. My husband and myself went to Basset Furniture about nine months ago after the passing of our final Frenchie with the intention to indulge in some higher end furniture that will fit our new no kids/no pets lifestyle. We went into the store in San Marcos, one of many furniture dealers we visited in the North County area, with the intention to develop a sense of what we were looking for. It was nice to have guidance on the products fit into our vision and our designer/sales rep Patty was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering our questions. She was also very patient as we returned multiple times over a number of weeks. As a business owner I like to be a judicious buyer so we didn't want to rush into any big decisions especially in this economy. We found a couple of items at various places that we liked but our experience with Basset Furniture was so positive that we returned there to make our purchase. The final enticement being a 0% interest rate for 36 months which worked out great to spread the cost out over time - and allow us to indulge more than originally planned. We ordered a BDI media center, a BDI bar, an oversize stuffed chair (on floor/clearance), and a Himolla Stratus loveseat. the stuffed chair was a Bassett product which was on clearance. I was not totally sure about the stuffed chair when we impulse bought it off the floor but it is just amazing. It is like a small couch for two people and so darn comfortable. The entertainment center and the bar came from the same company (BDI) and we are very pleased with the look of it as well as the quality. Basset is still getting us a replacement for a misalignment on our bar and I will update this review once that comes. They were very responsive to this issue. The delivery of our power loveseat had a couple of complications (not unexpected for a product being shipped from Germany) but Basset was able to assist us in resolving this over a few months of back and forth. The final product is the beautiful living room of our dreams. Tiffany was an incredible resource on the back end assisting us with any issues and overall our experience with the San Marcos Bassett furniture store has been excellent. Once this first 20k in furniture is paid off we plan to purchase many more items in coming years and will be visiting this store first when making big purchases. As part of renovating our outdated home, we wanted more modern furniture to complete the project. Bassett offers complimentary design services, so Donna Johansen and Kim Fandel came to our house to see the spaces and take measurements. Interior design is not one of my gifts, but Donna led me through the process in a way that helped me visualize what everything would look like and made suggestions to help narrow down my choices. Back at the showroom to go over the design plan, I loved how she explained her process and why certain pieces worked in certain places. She is a very gifted designer and is clearly extremely passionate about helping people achieve their vision. I decided to go in a different direction with the functionality of one of the rooms halfway through the process, but she pivoted flawlessly and helped me get where I wanted to go. She truly has the patience of a saint! I was very transparent about having a budget and she was terrific about finding sale and clearance items that would work for me, and also about working with the few pieces we already owned and wanted to keep. At the end of the process I feel like I got very good value for the money spent. I know these are quality pieces. We purchased a dining table/chairs nearly 20 years ago and they're still going strong! The sales associate Marilyn was so very helpful and educated in helping us choose our two custom leather recliner chairs, our new Temperpedic hybrid mattress and new head board. I have nothing but the highest regard for Bassett Furniture -- the three stores (San Marcos, San Diego, and Temecula) being owned by the same family is my understanding. I can't understand the negative reviews, because that is not my experience at all. My circumstance is unusual in that a significant amount of time (years) transpired between my needing service and my actually contacting the company. I never met with any resistance. I explained about my husband's serious illness and COVID. We were sent a service person, who then arranged to have repairs done. There was one element of leather peeling. The service person, Emory, did an amazing job of "painting" the leather. Something which could never have been believed possible! That is why I cannot understand a previous review. All I can think is perhaps management realizes how important it is to keep customers satisfied. I saw the repair being done myself. Since other work had to be done, (seat was always tilted on the recliner), and on the matching leather couch, there was a creak in the wood base, which was pretty annoying every time one moved, the decision was made to replace the cushions a pretty significant repair. I will say it did take months for the parts to be ordered and come in, but I was ok with that since we had so much going on anyway. And the holidays etc. The customer service rep, Jules, was pretty much on top of it and always responded. Emory came and retrieved the recliner chair and it was returned a few days later. Repaired. The couch was fixed right in our home a couple of weeks later. It was pretty exceptional service. I've already told a lot of people about it. And I have already decided in my mind I would go from time to time to see what was new and if i needed furniture I would always look there first. I want to thank Emory whom is an exemplary asset to the company and I want to thank Bassett (local stores) for doing what is right in the way of customer service. If there was the option for a minus rating for Bassett Furniture in San Marcos I would give them a minus 100 squared. It has taken us awhile to get over the poor treatment we received at Bassett, in our opinion it felt like elder abuse on so many levels. We were sold a modular furniture set from a photo, we could not test it for comfort because they did not have this set in the store. The salesperson told us "it would feel like two other sets of furniture that were on display in the store". Unfortunately for us this was not true. After sitting in the reclining chairs, the inferior construction caused extensive bodily pain, our muscles, joints, back and neck were hurting so much that we had to take pain medication. We immediately contacted the sales person and shared our distress and disappointment and asked for the furniture to be picked up because we could not live with the discomfort it was physically causing us. The salesperson told us we had to basically break in the furniture and give it a chance to work for us. Being reasonable people who wanted this furniture to work out and because she said she would not consider allowing us to return the furniture until we did what she requested, we felt forced into doing what she requested. the result was additional pain. After several days of increased pain and discomfort we could not sit in these chairs any longer, we had to sit in our kitchen chairs as they were far more comfortable. Finally, the salesperson agreed to allow us to return the horrible furniture set. Being senior citizens on a limited budget we could not afford to buy one of Bassett's specially American made constructed furnishings and we could no longer trust their imported "foreign made" modular furniture. To add salt to our wounds Bassett charged us a restocking fee for this horrible furniture and painful experience. We had to pay a restocking fee of over $1,600 dollars in order to return this inferior furniture. The managers from other furniture stores told us that if their customers cannot try out the furniture in their showrooms and they purchase from a picture, as we did, they do not charge a restocking fee. Plus, online, Bassett indicated a 15% restocking fee, yet they charged us 20%. Needless to say, our shopping experience at Bassett could not have been any worse, emotionally, physically and financially. We will never ever shop at Bassett again nor recommend it to anyone for their furniture needs. Bassett should be ashamed of the way they treated senior citizens. read more

Moved my mom into assisted living apts. it was time for some new furniture. My husband and I went shopping at Bassett. We found some fantastic items that made my mom's new apartment looked wonderful. The delivery guys were on time and so helpful. They got everything put together and in place in a very short amount of time. When we were ordering things we were on a very short time limit. Bassett stepped up and helped us get all the items in that we needed for mom to move in. My mom was thrilled when she saw her new place already decorated with beautiful new furniture. Considering Bassett has a good reputation for quality furniture in the area this experience was disappointing. We custom ordered a bed that cost close to 3000 dollars but when it was delivered we were very surprised with the quality, or lack thereof. The wood seemed unfinished and low quality and the upholstery wasn't completely covering the parts we were expecting it to cover. Also the slats were very poor quality, seemed to have splinters and sharp edges. Anyway, we refused delivery and talked to customer service to try to get a better quality piece and that didn't work out. Eventually we asked for a refund and were charged 20% restocking fee on material, which was close to 500 dollars. I understand the restocking policy but that's still a pretty big hit we took for what we thought was a poor quality product for delivered to us. read more

Long story short, their adjustable beds are NOT child proof. Your toddler's life will be in danger if you buy adjustable beds from Bassett Furniture store! No joke! Now if you want to know exactly what happened, please read below. Tiphanie is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST customer service manager I have ever encountered at ANY furniture stores. I bought an adjustable bed two years ago, at the time, I did not know that their adjustable bed remote control was not child proof. Fast forward, I had a baby and my now toddler accidentally pressed the remote control, the adjustable bed moved up (like it should), however, my toddler almost fell into the hole behind the bed while holding the remote control in hand. Had I not caught this sooner, and if my toddler were to press the "flat bed" button, this adjustable bed would have put his life in danger. I actually tested with a stool to see if the bed would know something is there and stop, it didn't, my stool was almost crushed. As I was describing this event to Tiphanie, obviously I was in distress (what mother wouldn't?!). Tiphanie was not only rude without any empathy, but hung up the phone on me!! When I called again, she stated she had already contacted the vendor and now we can only wait to see what happens. (Did not tell me time, just wait) When I asked her to put herself in my shoe (why I'm distressed), she replied "I'm not playing your game! And your stated situation is only hypothetical, your child is fine right now." Game? GAME! You think my son's life is a GAME to you??? And so basically you want to wait until my son's hurt to justify my action of asking Bassett to rectify the situation?! How can Bassett hire such manager??? I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on Bassett's products for my house because I have had great customer service that Bassett prides on, well I am in shock and out of words that when my son's life could be in danger, this is the way how Bassett treats me. I will NEVER do business with Bassett ever again! TERRIBLE customer service. Tiphanie is without empathy and a crude manager and should not work at this company that prides at customer service. It's a joke to hire such personnel. Did I also mention the way she spoke to me is as if everything is my fault? I've researched hours afterward thinking perhaps the adjustable beds are dangerous for toddlers. Come to find other companies have child proof lock on their remote. When I told Tiffany this, she said "well, your bed IS two years old and the product you researched is probably a newer version." Tiffany, please, you're the manager at a furniture store that sells adjustable beds and you're telling me that all child proof lock remote control miraculously only came out AFTER I bought your adjustable bed (which, by the way, is during COVID when everywhere shut down)?! How can you be the manager when you clearly don't even know about your product?! And just so you know, I called other adjustable bed furniture companies and the child lock remote control has been out for YEARS (that's MORE than TWO YEARS!!!)!!! Update: After contacting their customer care, Steve LaPointe, their operations manager, with similar attitude as Tiphanie, basically told me that the manual states to supervise children when in use, he just kept on REPEATING it, also without letting me finish my sentence. (I guess from the top to bottom, all of their manager have the same attitude towards customer - rude and impolite - now I am no longer in shock that Tiphanie is the way she is). Steve, let me clarify, no sane mother would voluntarily hand over the remote control to their toddler knowing their toddler's life could be in danger. Toddler does things fast and sneaky and without adults knowing. All other adjustable beds have similar statement on their manual AND SO they added safety feature on their remote. My parents bought 4 custom sofas from this exact location over 15 years ago and I remember this establishment having excellent customer service. I walked the floor for almost 10 minutes with my husband. We passed by several employees, who saw us and were not assisting others, and NOT ONE employee greeted us or asked if we had questions. I came in prepared knowing the price point for furniture because I'm not willing to buy cheap sofas. Unfortunately, the staff here are an embarrassment. I am beyond infuriated with Bassett Home Furnishings- San Marcos. My husband and I ordered a leather sofa, two upholstered chairs and a rug in late August 2019. We are now going on week 8 of our purchase date and we still have not received ONE single item from our order. RIDICULOUS. On week 5, I called Bassett to find out status of my order since I had not heard from them. I spoke with a staff member and was told that they needed to contact the factory to get a status update since they did not know. I got a call back a few days later and to my surprise, (ONLY BECAUSE WE CALLED) the leather for my sofa was backordered until mid NOVEMBER 2019 (3 months past my order date). I was told that I would not receive my sofa until mid December. I am so frustrated with this company because the delivery time frame was a point of sale for us and it seems like Bassett and their factory are not in tune with their orders. This type of leather should never have been sold to us and much less placed if it was on backorder. Now I get that things happen, I am just very unhappy with the way this store has handled everything. And what is even more bothersome is that I needed to track them down instead of them being proactive and calling me on status of my order. We ended up accepting the new time frame for the sofa, BUT there is no reason why we shouldn't have received everything else by now. I spoke with the store manager today named Tiffany and was upset that I said "you guys (meaning Bassett) need to get your shit together." She argued with me and made a big deal about me saying "shit." Clearly, didn't understand that it was not aimed at her. The experience at this store has been awful! There is also this robotic girl that answers the phone, I believe she does financing, but is really odd. Every time I've called, I don't feel like she understand what I am saying. I am forced to post this review after trying to make several attempts to resolve the issues with Bassett. We bought a premium custom sectional with custom ottoman, pillows and rug. The design and delivery service was exceptional. We also bought a 5 year warranty for the purchased products. Overall the product looks of great quality and has the finest material used. However when I started looking at it closely, we had two issues which we reported almost immediately to basset. 1). The custom pillows are disfigured. The edges are never straight and the pillows are extremely stiff and uncomfortable. Bassett's response: they sent a customer service rep twice to our home to take a look, took pictures and said that's normal. So basically we are stuck with the pillows which we paid ~$500 total. Please do not buy your pillows from here. They are just awful. 2) The ottoman: The fabric used on the ottoman has pills. It looks very shabby and old. Bassett's response: it's the nature of the fabric. The factory will replace just the ottoman top. The fabric is on the entire ottoman. Not sure how that will help. Also this custom fabric was recommended by their in store designer Jules. The alternate solution is to return the ottoman and incur a 30% restocking fee, which is ~$300 in loss to customer despite having their warranty. read more

Five years after purchasing my couch, it's falling apart and it's really disappointing. I should have known when immediately after purchasing, the pillows which were connected to the back of the couch kept ripping off. Bassett would send someone to fix it and it would keep ripping. Finally they told me there was nothing else they could do to help me and they referred me to a third party. It sounds like this happens alot since they had the number readily available. Now I'm stuck with a couch that's just gotten worse. I don't think I would buy another couch from them. read more

We recently completed a partial remodel of our Fallbrook home that included the kitchen, living rm, dining rm and entryway. To close out this process an entire array of furnishings was needed to bring the construction and design phases in synch, which the professionals at the Bassett in San Marcos did perfectly. Prior to visiting the store I spoke with the manager to get a recommendation on the best in-store designer to address our needs. I briefed him on the particulars of our project and our intended design direction, and without hesitation he recommended Julie Culp. Julie ("Jewels") called a few minutes later and just like that, the process had started. A few days later my wife and I met with Jewels in the San Marcos location for the initial consultation, which lasted a couple of hours. Following a quick meet-n-greet Jewels discussed her design background as well as Bassett's century-long history of excellence, craftsmanship and customer service. For this meeting, and at Jewels request, we brought the entire palate of colors we were using from our cabinetry selection, to the backsplash, flooring, paint, counter tops, lighting, etc. Her intent was not to select particular pieces at this meeting per say, but rather to listen to our overall design likes and dislikes. Equally as important, Jewels wanted to determine our comfort level as we sat on various sofa's, barstools, dining chairs, accent chairs, etc. Taking scrupulous notes while probing for as much insight as to our particular needs, Jewels arranged for an "in-home" visit a week later with her design team consultant, Kim. At this "in-home" visit Bassett's design team of Jewels and Kim saw first-hand the space they would utilize, the natural lighting and any challenges yet discussed. They also continued to probe our design and style preferences as well as meticulously measured and took pictures of the space in question. Ten days later my wife and I were back at Bassett for a formal power point presentation given by Jewles and Kim that included design layout drawings, fabric swatches and the particular furnishings they were recommending. A couple of minutes into their presentation my wife and I knew we had struck gold with these two ladies; we loved virtually all of their recommendations. Following the presentation Jewels walked us around the store to once again review the individual pieces and fabric selections we had agreed upon. We had several more questions from payment options, Bassett warranties to the actual delivery and set-up service of the furniture. All of our questions were thoroughly addressed. Throughout the process both Jewels and Kim were thorough, thoughtful, friendly and very knowledgable. They provided us with appropriate choice selections and were patient all while giving us their full attention throughout the process. Our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture styles, and steered us to a sofa and chairs that work well in our family room. HOWEVER...our top priority in buying new furniture was to find upholstery fabric that would hold up. Once I selected my fabric I specifically asked if the fabric would wear well, and was told it absolutely would. So the furniture was ordered, delivered, and within SIX MONTHS the fabric was showing wear. We are a family of two adults and one small dog. The dog has a blanket that she lays on when she is on the sofa. So how is it possible that this fabric is already showing wear? Now we find ourselves covering the sofa and chairs with throws in order to make them "last" a little longer. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed. read more

I purchased my first sofa at Bassett over 7 years ago and and returned on February 2021for a new sofa based on their reputation. Although the sale person was helpful unfortunately the overall experience wasn't the same. It was a special order agreement for estimated delivery of 10-14 weeks and due to the current state caused by Covid I was understanding. At week 12 I contacted Bassett as was told that the fabric wasn't even made and it would take another few more week possible into the end of July. This was not acceptable as someone should have contacted me earlier regarding this delay and offered me another option. Terrible experience at this store. The greeting at the door seemed courteous. However after my family and I started to roam the store I began to feel unwelcome. I took my kids to the restroom and my toddler said Dad I think that lady is following us. He understands "stranger danger" so I asked him how he felt, he said, "unsafe." As we sought to exit the store--the lady appeared follow us to the other side of the store as she stared at us eerily. I began to feel very uncomfortable myself. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe they are not kid-friendly, or maybe they have a policy to shadow customers with unwanted personal attention. Either way I understood why my toddler felt unsafe in that shopping environment--Do better. The store next door Woodbridge was a shining example of great service and a professional and friendly atmosphere. It's the better option in my opinion. read more

We were in the market for a new sectional and what a process! We spent four weeks visiting several standard furniture stores and several trendy chain home furnishing stores. We sat in several couches, spoke to several sales people and read several reviews. We met Marilyn from Basset about mid way through the process; from our first interaction with her, we liked her. She was very informative and not pushy. After visiting a few more places we kept coming back to Basset. Solid furniture, American made with excellent customer service. Once we decided on Bassett, Marilyn came out to our house to insure what we wanted would fit...it didn't. She was very helpful in guiding us on what would look best in the space even though it meant less furniture that we would purchase. She was excellent on assisting me on fabric for the sofa, complimentary pillows and ottoman. The hardest part of our experience with Bassett is waiting for the sectional delivery! read more

Well it is now Dec 6 - our bedroom set furniture was ordered Memorial Day weekend in May. Today was attempt number 4 to correct all the damaged / poorly finished pieces - it's definitely not the quality you see on the display floor. The sales people were wonderful and we were very pleased with our in store experience. The quality from the factory upon arrival appalling wrong color top on one dresser too. Today's delivery to replace the bureau with the stain not even like it is on the others pieces. The roughness on the other dresser still not corrected. The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture received is definitely not worth the price paid or the time spent on calls, return visits to the store, and time away from work for multiple deliveries. All I can say is buyer beware!!. read more

We have purchase furniture from this store in the past and are very pleased with the quality and service. We again visited the store last weekend to shop for a mattress. we were impressed with Kaitlyn's customer service and knowledge of the Beautyrest line. She was very patient with us as my wife tried all the different models. We shopped other big box stores, and came back to Kaitlyn to make our purchase. read more

My husband and I weren't making any progress resolving the issues over the phone, so we went into the store and talked to the manager, Debbie Buenviaje. She was very polite and patient as we showed her pictures and talked to her about all of the issues. She made a decision fairly quickly, without argument or debate, to have all three pieces of furniture re-made. She was awesome in how she handled this situation!!! We are VERY thankful they are doing the right thing! I changed the 1 star to a 2 stars because of Debbie's customer service. read more

Called to schedule an appt with the designer. They were efficient. They came to my house and presented me the fabric options and surveyed the area. Very quickly to scheduled another appt at the store for the presentation. Met with Kim the designer and manager Tricia. Both are very knowledgeable and understood my style. My husband and I had a pleasant store visit. Kim wasn't too pushy and nice. At the end we decided to purchase all the furniture and accessories presented. We had 30% off the entire purchase although the promo was only for the first piece at 30% and thereafter is 25%. Kim was able to help us get 30% for all. After the sale, the sofa is reasonably priced ($1500). I had to say the accent hairs were a bit more than what we would like to pay. Each after sale is (close to $900) and so were the bar stools at $500 each. Yikes! We had placed our order and am excited to get them in 4-6 weeks. If you are to choose a designer, pick Kim. She is very soft spoken and had good style. I don't know about other designers but Kim is good. Update: Thank you Kim and Tricia for designing the furniture for us. We finally got them after 6 weeks. Just in time for the holiday. Everyone recently visited my house all complimented on the furniture, especially the accent chairs. read more

Overall I had a great experience with Bassett. When walking into the store there is always someone to help you, yet they give you space to look around and do your thing....this is important to me because nothing turns me off faster than "vultures" when I am furniture shopping! I worked with Izabella during the sales process. She was helpful and patient and followed up with me until I finally made my decision on my purchase....she even called me to inform me of a sale that was coming up on a piece I was interested in. After purchasing the piece, I worked with Carolyn due to the fact that we received the piece damaged. It wasn't a big issue, just a small gouge in the wood, but still, new should be new. So Carolyn assured me that their tech could fix the problem and make the piece good as new. I'll admit, I was skeptical. I mean, how do you repair a chunk of wood missing from a drawer?? Well, much to my surprise I was not disappointed! Joe came out to the house and fixed the drawer in less than 15 minutes and, no joke, the drawer is better than new! Looks fantastic! Thanks Bassett! I have been looking for a swivel/rocker/recliner for some time, but was never able to find the right one. I don't know why I didn't look at Bassett earlier, because I have purchased good, quality furniture from them before. Glad that I stopped in that day and met Julie - she spent a lot of time with me, and we explored a few, different options. I returned a few days later with my wife and we selected the piece, the color, and other options. We were told it would be two to four weeks before it was delivered, and just about two weeks later it arrived. The delivery men were right on time (maybe even earlier than expected) and brought in the chair, set it down, made sure I was happy with it, and cleaned up and left. Went to Bassett looking for a couch/love seat furniture, and thought I was buying a car... Ugh! The race for a salesperson to get to us was incredible, and the one that showed while friendly/nice just wasn't professional. Long story short, no sale! Would we come back... I don't know what happened with the one star review but my experience at Bassett Furniture was more than great! I was looking for a vanity dresser and two nightstands for the new place we were moving in to. I've previously purchased a dresser from them a few years ago and just love the quality of their furniture so we decided to kick down some money and go back. When we got there, the lady who greeted us actually remembered my mother in law!! She was so helpful and personable that she made the whole furniture shopping experience easy. I wanted to match the dresser we had so they were able to pull up our old information and told me what color my dresser was so we were able to narrow down our search. After spending 1.5 hours in Bassett, we spent $2000 on a vanity dresser and two night stands and it was worth every penny. They called me when the furniture came in, I scheduled for a time and date for pick up. We picked up the furniture on the day it was promised and when we got there, they loaded in our truck and we were on our way so it was a painless process! read more

Purchased a very expensive custom live edge dining set for 8 and it was delivered with damaged chairs and of the wrong color cushions. Waited four months for the replacement and they only replaced the cushions and not the chairs themselves!!! I'm so upset, I can't believe how terrible this place is. I re-requested the new chairs and even if they do replace them, it'll probably be another four months or more! read more
