Then he came out to measure and was quick and professional. He knows what he's doing. The install team of Jeff and crew (4of them) got here on time and worked so quietly we hardly knew they were here. Sure we heard some tapping and talking, but I mean REALLY quiet with their voices. When have you had 4 workers in the house who aren't talking on phones, joking and laughing? These guys were professionals, WORKING and respecting the customers environment. Greg measured again and had me make sure the roll of carpet they brought was the correct one before cutting it. They were careful not to scratch our newly painted walls. They were ALL respectful, professional and clean. They were constantly picking up after themselves to make sure the work area was tidy. Two of the guys moved some VERY heavy furniture with brute strength! They hauled away all the mess and our new carpet is down and looks and feels beautiful. And I love that they have great deals on items, and a larger selection than places like Walmart or Target. I'm usually looking for food items like spices and sauces, and kitchen gadgets and organizers. I also come looking for work needs, like cute glasses and ramekins. Selection of those items definitely varies with the seasons, and they have a great selection of Halloween, Christmas, and even Easter items. I've also come looking for a gift multiple times. There are a lot of great items in the pet section, and they also have the collections of items from places like India and Indonesia occasionally. The line to check out can get long, as this is a smaller store. I've never had an issue with the employees, they all seem nice. HG seem to be in high-traffic shopping centers, and this one definitely is. Parking can be an issue at peak times, because of Aldi, BevMo, Staples, and restaurants like Cali Fish Grill, Primos, and Board & Brew.
